  5A balls are mint and indistinguishable from new. Custom printing is a nice touch.woukd like to see more secure packaging. This is my second 5 dozen ball order. Both boxes arrived ready to burst. Only a miracle kept the box intact and two if the net bags had opened inside the box.

  While at first the way the product was displayed was a bit confusing. I was trying to order a 5 doz ball special and I ended up incorrectly ordering 5 of the 5 doz balls. I immediately reached out and Sean was great! We corrected my order and my golf balls arrived 4 days later. Since then, I have placed and received another order for 5 doz titleist Prov 1x’s and I was very satisfied. Love this site and its products!!

  Hi no problem ordering the product. I did ask for an invoice twice but never received one. Received the product ok one bag of balls was untied and the balls were loose in the box. Also the box was a little loose it need to be taped up more securely.

  I ordered 2 doz golfballs of a specific color. They arrived very quickly but when I opened the box they were not the color I was expecting. I contacted FGB.com and notified them of the problem. They were extremely nice and offered to resend the shipment and also provided a prepaid return certificate. They later called me and informed me as to the reason of the mix-up. It seems that if you order something, in this case a specific color, and the "Order description" of that item contains the word "assorted" that means they may send you anything that contains your specific word in its item description. In my case my specific word was "green"; so if a yellow ball has the phrase "luminous green" in its description it is considered to be Green. I provide this explanation to point out how my order became muddled and as a warning to be certain, if you may be making an order for a specific item, that you are not ordering a generalized category of that item. I cannot stress how accommodating the people at FoundGolfBalls were in explaining to me the 'why' of' what happened and their excellence in remedying the entire situation. I could not have been more pleased. First class customer service!!!
