  I am happy with the product, mint condition, no logo balls, with custom printing. The balls were as described and indistinguishable from new at less than half price. The problem was that Found Golf Balls could not supply any of my 5 dozen ball order even though they were listed on the site. I was contacted by email and agreed to accept a substitute ball but then my balls were not shipped until I contacted customer service a full two weeks later. They were than shipped the next day but the UPS shipping method used took an entire week. In all it took over 3 weeks to get delivery of a different ball than I initially purchased. I'm happy with the quality inventory control and order processing needs some attention.

  I bought over$100 in volvik golf balls, they seem to be faded almost like they were under water. The golf balls are rated as 4A, near perfect. I sent an email to the company so I can return them for a refund or to get golf balls that are rated 4A, as of today they still have not responded, I believe they have very bad customer service and will never use them again.

Near perfect would be a 5a mint no logo followed by 5a followed by what you ordered 4a. I think you may have mis read the grading on our website.

  The email was sent through your website, I don't have a copy. One was sent to I believe Shaun and one to customer service. Your website states 4A is near perfect, faded balls,they look like a unripe orange is not near perfect. The yellow and red golf balls seem fine.

I will say i tried another company because of a special they were having andI was not satisfied at all. i left them a negative feed back and accidentally said they were Found Golf Balls not LOST golf Balls. Hope that did not cause any bad reflections on Found golf balls. 100% satisfied.

  Navigation on site ok. Order processed quickly and received timely. Shipping cost a little outrageous-- almost as much as the cost of the balls- paid 18 for balls and 8 for shipping. Well that's ok, but not sure of the value for me in there. I could get new balls for that price elsewhere with free shipping. Grading explanations a little confusing and the grade doesn't necessarily equal what is posted for the ball gradings. Had to keep going back and forth and was never sure of what I was actually getting. Grade "5A" on purchase- but there are three "5As" descriptions. Which one was I getting?
