  Ordered TP5 balls. Shipping was amazingly fast. Logo was ordered on the ball for free. The balls all appeared to be the same color and without other marks. Played 2-3 holes and the logo had started to come off. Balls performed as expected.

  My first order of balls graded 3A were not what expected. I guess I just didn't understand their description. However, the next order, refinished Titleist, were exactly what I expected. I would not order 3A again unless looking for practice balls

  Fast shipping and good prices. Every ball was exactly in the condition I expected. I've been getting their 5A mint, Pro V1 balls in the 5 dozen boxes. Every ball looks like new to my eye. Very good quality control and basically 30% less cost than a big box stores.

  I ordered pink Srixon balls for my GF and I received white balls. I contact support and Shawn (who is president/owner) said they could either offer me 50% off the price of the balls or I could send them back and once received, they would send the pink balls. While I appreciate the offer, I do not feel that I should have to wait until they receive the white balls back for them to ship the pink balls because it was their mistake. It probably cost them more in shipping than the value of the balls so you would think they would just apologize and send out the pink balls. End the end I just asked for the 50% refund because I wanted to be done with it. It's their business and they can run it how they please but they most likely lost a customer due to this experience. I would have gave them 1 stars but the balls I received were in really good condition for their grading.

  Shaun, I specifically said that it was crazy I had to wait for the white balls to be returned for you to ship the other balls and at no point did you say they would be shipped before the other order was returned.

  This was my second purchase from this firm. The first exceeded my expectations, however this purchase was not as good.   The golf balls are in great shape I just wish it would allow you to select whether or not you wanted logo balls. About 65% of what I received had a logo on them. I understand the site is called Found Golf Balls; but it would be nice if there was an option to select a preference. Unless I missed it.

  ordered 5 dozen because 5 didn't threshold the free delivery bar. Love regular SuperSoft Calaways but have been burned by getting 3 & 4 year old balls. Ordered these with the ghastly paint job because I know they didn't make them before the 2024 season. I wish there was another box to check for selection that was something like newest possible or dont Care with a rate adjust for that selection

  Placed an order through the SHOP App and the transaction was made. Shipping and billing was in order and I was excited for the golf balls that I ordered. Then, they contacted me via email to let me know that they couldn’t ship to my location, forcing me to request a refund. Sad.
