  I placed an order for 2 dozen personalized pristine balls. Filled out the personalized info. The balls I received were not personalized. I contacted you customer support, and was pretty much told TOO BAD. I will never order from your company again.

  I'm surprised they asked me to do a review. I have already let them know that I was very unhappy with the quality of the balls I received. More than half the balls were damaged and discolored. I have gotten better balls on prior orders. This will certainly be my final order.

  Golf balls were in great shape. Bought 5 dozen of 4A because I was going to golf down in the Caribbean Islands and I figured 4A would slash the same as 5A balls. Glad I saved the money. 4A are actually very nice balls and definitely worth the money

  Well I have yet to even receive the golf balls ... almost 3 weeks now. No communication from them until I asked, and found out it had something to do with a tariff hold. So ... understand that this is coming from Canada, my mistake. Understand they dont communicate about delays. We will see about the quality, but in terms of service, not so great where a simple email about a delay would have been expected.

  We have investigated this issue at length and have been in touch with both UPS and US customs. The delays are because of the impact of the large influx of formal entries needed for China through a smaller port of Detroit and staffing/technology restraints from US customs. They simply could not process all the volume of packages entering the US in a timely fashion and delayed volume as a result. This is still a fluid situation as we all continue to navigate the new US administration. I am told the backlog is clearing up by end of day.

  I purchased the "4A" Callaway Chrome Tour balls and I haven't played them yet... Golf balls look nice, there are some markings but no abrasions or dings and I was warned the some of the balls might be water logged so I weighed all of them they were very consistent, 45-46 gr each! The only reason for "4 stars" is I was a little disappointed at all the logos on the balls and I didn't get any of the lines on the balls as Callaway does when you buy new. If they play well I may be back for more!

  I ordered ProV1x balls in mint condition. They were not anywhere near “Mint”. They had more logos/pen marks than I expected. Finish was discolored due to attempts to use solvents to remove pen marks. I am dissatisfied…

  I was disappointed with my recent order of 5 dozen Calloway triple track, 5A Mint, prior to this order of one dozen TP5’s. Ordered 5A Mint. Unlike my first order, probably 25% were discolored leaving me worried they were swimming too long. Very happy with my first order. Not so much with my second order of 5 dozen. This order of TP5’s was a gift to my golfing buddy to promote your business. I didn’t inspect outside the shipping bag. Quality appeared to be ok
