  It is good. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but wanted to try yours because it is Veteran made and supports Fire Departments, First Responders, etc. I was hoping it would be my top pick but I'm a Dark Starbucks woman lover.   I have tried a lot of different coffee roasters and of course i have a favorite or two. Fire Department Coffee is my go to for dark roast. It has low acidity and does not bite or get bitter. Overall, a very satisfying cup or three.
