  I recently had an issue with some pods that were purchased for me as a gift. I contacted the company with my concerns and they stepped right up, without hesitation and sent me replacements. Very pleased with the results and I haven't had any issues with the replacement pods. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. Looking forward to many purchases in the future.

  The website is user friendly. Coffee is great, unique flavors not available in stores. I have been buying coffee from FDC for couple of years. I buy coffee for my boyfriend, my mom and they enjoy the coffee as well.

  This is the best coffee I have ever had. Customer service is outstanding and I often share my coffee of the month bag with my local fire stations, police, sheriff and state highway patrol stations in my county and surrounding counties. It has rich robust flavor but is a very smooth cup of coffee....A great way to start my day.

  The coffee is delivered quickly and is always delicious. I especially enjoy the spirit infused coffees because they are unique. So far we gave enjoyed Vanilla Bean Bourbon, rum coconut and maple canadian whiskey..loved every one.

  The best dark roast I have found and knowing I am giving back just makes it all that much better. FDC is a great company; consistent price, quality, shipping, information, seasonal variations so never have to get complacent. I just can’t say enough good about FDC. They are also quite entertaining on social media.

  Am I 12 years old? Yes. Am I easily amused by color-changing mugs? Again, yes. Are there a lot of color-changing mugs? No. This one is high-quality and I enjoy watching the mug change when I make my tea.

  Excellent customer service! I purchased FDC at a local grocery store but didn't like this particular roast. The company sent me a bag of the Medium Roast free of charge. I still am not thrilled with the flavor, since I am very particular about my coffee, but the Customer Service is amazing!!

  I've been a member (subscriber?) of the regular and Spirit Coffees for like a year + now, and have had ZERO bad experiences with FDC. To borrow from "Friends"..."Service? Good! Price? Good! Coffee? GOOOOOD!" Customer service is SUPER responsive and friendly, prices are right, and the quality and flavor of the coffees are amazing. AND they keep Jason and Fenton making videos to brighten our days lol.

  It was easy to navigate the website to my account and subscriptions. The only thing I thought was interesting was I had to contact customer service to change my email address. Never had to do that before. Customer service was helpful and prompt in updating my email address.

  Always five star service. Great fresh coffee at what I consider a very fair price. I can taste the difference in the coffees, and my boyfriend absolutely loves the alcohol infused coffees. There has only been one flavor between the regular and the infused we haven’t preferred. I’ve received a hand written letter from the company, which is unheard of in todays world. As a single mom, my card doesn’t always go through right away. My service is never cancelled and the payment is just tried again. I love this company and support them over any other. Thanks for doing what you do!

  I Love this coffee, it is very close to German Coffee.. The coffee is strong and does not have a bitter after taste. It is smooth and full of aroma and taste. I love the coffee and am so glad I found it. I will always recommend Fire Department Coffee

  Your coffee is excellant! I use a Chemex Pourover every morning and it is Wonderfully delicious. And as a volunteer firefighter, I love your company. My last order is a gift for my son who is trying out to join the Vancouver, WA fire dept.

  So I have been in the spirit flavored coffee of the month for close to a year. The coffee ships when it's supposed to and arrives quickly. I don't like all the flavors but most of them are good enough to buy again. I also like that they are first responder supporters.
