    They were so helpful in the buying process!!!! i pressed on the text us button on their website and they responded back within 24 hours and i was able to talk to an associate at ari bikes for them to answer any of the questions i needed. With all of those answered questions i was able to Choose the right bike for me!! i am so glad i chose ari bikes because i have peace of mind that not only their product is great, but id a problem were to occur i can seek assistance when needed. i highly recommend ari bikes their customer service is so good!

    I absolutely love my new Delano Peak, the bike/components fit me perfectly. The riding position is superb. I took my first trail ride and was astonished at how well the bike handled. Kristy made the purchase process super easy and fun. I look forward to many miles of great trail riding.

    I purchased a La Sal peak in September of 22. The bike rides like a dream. It is a bit longer than my previous bike but it just Rips on the down hill sections of my rides. I have called the service dept a couple of times and they have been extremely responsive and helpful. I am sold on Fezzari.

    My experiences with team Fezzari have been outstanding from the get go back in 2020. Whenever I have had a problem mechanically or just a general question they have always been there to answer it or helped to solve the problem.     I am yet to find a business that goes above and beyond for customers. Excellent quality bikes. Excellent service. I even called them recently about a bag to use on my frame and they spent time sending me links and talking about options. Fezzari is the best

    I went to Fezzari to pick up my custom bike today and received such a great introduction to how to care for and get started with my new beautiful mountain bike. Christy was so helpful and enthusiastic. She patiently gave me many tips and answered all of my questions clearly. I'm even more excited to start riding. Even prior to picking up my bike the staff were very helpful in explaining how to send in my measurements and what to expect after I submitted my order.

    Very responsive company. Harley was great to speak with and helped us set up my wife’s bike. ETA on the bike we order was 50-55 weeks. Hannah reached out to us and came up with a better alternative. I hope the big brand name companies have this kind of customer service. Fezzari don’t change your way. Love your services. Can’t wait for the bike. Thank you very much.

    I purchased a wire Peak elite. It exceeded my expectations, both in performance and appearance. I gave only four stars, because the front line sales representatives failed to follow through on prearranged commitments. Otherwise, I would’ve given five stars.

    Love my Delano Peak, great bike. I had one issue with the rear hub, I spun the drive ring. Contacted Fezzari on a Wednesday night and had a new wheel by Monday morning. I come from a manufacturing and engineering background so I understand that sometimes things fail. What is important is the steps people take to correct it when these failures happen. I’m very impressed by Fezzari customer service and the efforts taken to support those who have bought your product. Thank you to Cory and everyone at Fezzari.

    Fezzari builds some amazing bicycles. I purchased an Empire Elite Race Rival AXS and am extremely pleased with the bike. Because the bike is disassembled before shipping there are some adjustments that I had to make to the bike but these were minor. Fezzari’s customer service is top notch and they are quick to respond to text messages and phone calls. Overall, an excellent experience!

    Always loved Fezzari, ever since my first bike through them in 2011. The La Sal Peak is what I just ordered & you can’t find a better deal for $3,600. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into a carbon frame! Also their customer service is outstanding

    Sales staff friendly, my wife and I drove from Colorado to look at a bike. We agreed on a price and I ordered a lasale peak elite. Was told 12 weeks and I agreed. Also agreed on a price of 4863.00. Paid 1000.00 down and waited for the twelve weeks. Then got a bill for 4267.00 because they said they have to charge tax now. No tax was a selling point when I made the hand shake and agreement with fezzari. Fezzari would not do anything to help except give me the 65 dollar frame protector. I offered to split the tax and Jordan said no. I cancelled my order so I can’t speak to the mechanics of the bike but I can speak to the integrity of the company. I would never buy a bike from here. Really sad customer service.

    I bought my bike in April and paid in full. I spent a lot of time saving money and deciding which bike I could afford and I reached out to them specifically to ask about sales tax and they let me know that they do not charge it outside of Utah. 4 months later when they are getting ready to ship I got slapped with an extra $300 for sales tax before they would deliver it. Apparently a law changed that forced them to apply sales tax. It's super frustrating because it's not like I only put down a deposit to hold it, I bought it in full long before this came into affect. I get that this is outside of Fezzari's control and I can't blame them too much but it leaves a pretty sour taste in your mouth as far as a purchasing experience. Maybe when this law passed they could have sent an email at that time explaining what happened and that they were sorry but everything that hadn't left the facility yet would have mandatory additional taxes would have made it easier to stomach. Instead I got a text saying "Your bike is ready but you have an outstanding balance, how would you like to pay?" It was a bit of a slap in the face from the company that had been sitting on my $3600 bucks for 4 months. I had to reach out to them just to figure out what was going on. I will say that after several rounds of communication I was finally put on with a customer service rep named Christy (Kristy, Christie? not sure how to spell her name) who was extremely nice and I appreciated her help. There was not a lot she could do overall to change the situation but her demeanor and customer service were top notch.

    Fezzari have put together a range of really good bikes at great price points, with the ability to customize further to suit anyone’s desires. On top of very good products at great prices with excellent configuration flexibility, all of the people with whom I have dealt have been first-rate
courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. Add to all that among the best warranties and return policy in the business

    December 2018 I received my Signal Peak Elite. This is a fun bike to ride. Been riding at least 4 times a week which equates to 80-100 miles. (Nimble/Quick/Responsive) Buying another FEZZARI once I decide on which model. Support is second to none. Quick to respond to inquiries. This company has it's act together. Found them when I was searching for a carbon bike. GLAD I DID!!!

    I’ve had my new Wire Peak for 3 weeks & have already put on 240 trail miles with >25,000 ft of climbing. The bike’s performance has been outstanding—noticeably better than my last ebike from another manufacturer. I highly recommend the Fezzari Wire Peak!

    I could not have had a better experience buying a bike. They really went above and beyond in helping me get what I wanted. I was looking for a color option they didn't have anymore, and instead offered me a new color option that hadn't been released yet. I decided not to go with that, so they spent extra time calling and searching to see if there were absolutely any left of the color frame I wanted. They were able to find one, and were able to work with me to make the timeline on the bike something that we were both happy with! Overall outstanding experience and I can't say enough positive about their sales team! They also have a great financing option that was very easy to apply for! I really look forward to my bike getting in and ripping it through my local trails!

    The website is great and easy to find information about your bike, or new bikes. Customer service is top notch! Are they busy? Yes ...and that is a good sign of a good company! They are committed to treating you like family. As it is with my family, if you’re respectful you will be treated with respect. If you’re obnoxious, you will be that family member everyone is annoyed with at Thanksgiving dinner! Also - they make amazing bikes for an amazing price!

    I recently purchased an e-bike. When charged, the bike has performed greatly. However, I received the bike on a Monday, and attempted to charge it that night, and the charging device never actually connected properly, after quite a few I thought intelligent attempts. And then was damaged in my attempt to connect. The very next day I brought the charger back to the company and they charged me $100 for a brand new one. Keep in mind this is day two of owning the bike. am I frustrated that the first charger did not work? Yes Am I frustrated that I ended up damaging the charger in my attempt to plug it in? Yes am I disappointed that they simply blamed me and charged me more for a charger that actually did work? Yes And since this was day one and two of owning the device, I'm a little frustrated at how I was treated after spending a lot of money. However, with the new charger that actually works, I am loving the bike. It's going to take me places that I only dreamed of.
