You actually get to speak to a live human being when placing your order or have questions. I also thought I was pleasant to speak to but they are so good. The orders came timely especially when I needed them quickly. I can't say enough about the products and especially about the service

Verified reviewOrdering was easy, delivery was pretty timely - so no complaints - but packaging was very poor - Ordered two separate orders of checks (different kinds) - sent in the same box - which makes check handling on customer end very ungainly and inconvenient. In addition to no notation of doing same, we did not realize we had received the "2nd" order at all until we finally called and were advised. Not the way things were previously handled, and definitely not an improvement from a customer perspective.

Verified reviewOur checks were delivered wet and frozen. The company sent out 200 check with next day air. The remainder were delivered later. All I had to do was call our representative and explain what had happened and he took care of the rest.
