  JR was very responsive. He was polite and clear in his assessment. He explained everything in detail and gave me options.   Superb service! I would highly recommend Express Electrical to anybody and everybody. My service technician, Jay, was thorough and detailed. He discussed all my options with me and made sure I was clear about the choices. His work was precise and neat, and he was well-organized. You can’t even tell what went on over here today!

  The electrician that arrived to my house was Wallace. Arrival was within the expected window of the appointment timeframe. While the cost of my service was more than anticipated I agreed to it without coercion or pressure. Service was done timely and done well.
