  This was easily one of the best experiences i had with service.Called at 7pm. Phone operators were on top and responsive.At 8.30pm i got a call from the technitian that he is in the area.We met. He took care of the issue in no time.Polite, nice guy, clean cut. His name was Daniel. This was good.Wish more service businesses were like that.

  I had initially called in for an electrical issue after reading the reviews. It ended up being a great decision! Wallace and Hector came by for a quick fuse fix and helped me understand how to even do it myself. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Do call them for help you won’t regret it!

  Very friendly and very helpful.   This young Man Daniel Hernadez was exceptional. He is truly a real professional. When he opened the electrical box it was a real mess. Daniel took the real messy wireing out put all the wires that belonged together cut off all of the excess wireing and put it back together. A real professional electral artist. The box looks like a picture. This young mans personally was seven stars. You guys ( his boss should give him a raise.) He repersents your company first class. I rate him with 10 stars. Keep it up Daniel. Or should I say , Mr. Hernadez. Thank you Joyce Beaird.

  We had an emergency in a very old home. I called Express and they were at our home within an hour. Carlos was professional, kind and thorough. While there is a lot of work needed, there was no pressure to commit. He had our electricity on within 2 hours and the fee was quite reasonable. Highly recommend!

  Robert Duran showed up as scheduled with a great attitude on this Veteran’s Day. He quickly identified the issue causing our partial power outage and gave us three options of resolution. In addition to restoring full electricity in a very timely manner, he also took the time to explain the “what’s” and the “whys” of his work while pointing out things that had not been mentioned to us by other electricians. Robert really knows his job and is a great representative of Express Electrical Services!

  Express Electrical was very responsive. They sent Jesse right over to help with our electrical box. He communicated everything he was doing. Showing us what the problem was and what he’s going to do to fix the prob. Once, he was done he went through n labeled each of the breakers, going through and making sure the outlets had power again. We apparently didn’t have a main breaker and he gave us one. You can tell he puts a lot of pride in the work that he does!

  I think Carlos did a good job and would recommend him to my friends and family. He check out the smoke alarm and also checked the outlets to make sure there was nothing wrong with them.

  We couldn’t have asked for a better technician for our project todayat my elderly mother’s home. Jesse quickly diagnosed and identified the problem with the main panel which needed to be upgraded due to its age. Jesse proved himself as a very competent and knowledgeable technician who took the time to carefully review the necessary steps required to arrive at the best and most cost effective solution. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude was greatly appreciated by my elderly mother. I would recommend Jesse without any reservation.

  Absolutely blown away by the service I received. I always have reservations when using a company for the first time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything from the phone service keeping me up to date with scheduling to Jesse who arrived on time and was super professional, informative and kind. He refurbished my entire sub panel, and took care of many outlets through the house while diagnosing the short in my circuit. Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

  BernieHe installed a surge protection and helped us install some lights around the house. He was very informative and responsive.   Carlos and Rahul(I hope I got their names right!) were simply the best. Professional job and super quick installing our Ring floodlight. And they helped me check out another flood light I couldn’t figure out how to work on top of that. I highly recommend using Express Electrical.

Franco was extremely helpful and quoted numerous repair and improvement options for my home. He and his team worked fast, quietly and made sure to clean-up prior to leaving.   I had received 3 quotes for my electrical issues. Express gave me the best price. Carlos was fabulous. I liked the fact that he gave me 4 different prices and each one was outlined with the work to be performed. He took time out to explain to me what the problem was. I asked him a million questions and he always gave me an answer with no hesitation. Thanks to him I now know what 15,20 and 30 amps are. Carlos is very professional, polite and someone you would always want to hire. He's also very knowledgeable. Great employee.

  The service was excellent , professional and thorough,friendly and informative. We liked Jay Sanchez very much. He's awesome. He really came through in a time of urgency. The night our electricity went out my water broke so we had to leave the house to have our baby. We were able to call the day I was released from the hospital and get everything fixed so we could bring our brand new baby home to a nice warm house. God bless ??

  Express Electrical gave us a two hour window for the electrician to arrive. They sent the name And picture of the electrician and Jesse arrived shortly after the beginning of the window. He quickly diagnosed our problem and presented us with several options for dealing with the issue. He was polite , thorough and professional. He did not hard sell us. We are very pleased with the service we received and would use Express Electrical again if the need arose.

He gave us much assistance in understanding what we need to know about the electrical capacity of my home, and offered suggestions on how to improve our electrical service capacity and safety. He did more than just look at the problem at hand, explaining how our air conditioning unit may need to be addressed, and offered options and pricing to upgrade our electrical service.   Good service. Prompt and friendly too. Jesse fixed the problem pretty fast. I would call them again. Was expensive tho. I’m not sure if the outlet should be sparking at all when I plug it in though.

  Daniel H. Went beyond expectations to provide electricity back to our home after the Thanksgiving holiday. He was very detailed and thorough and quoted us a reasonable price to our current electrical issues.   Alex Kavoossi worked above and beyond. He was creative to support his customer with a very old electrical box. Frankly, I have never seen anyone as helpful as Alex. We will definitely request him again. Superb.

  We had lost power to half of our house. I called Express Electrical and they assigned a Technician to come out to my house. Dispatch kept me informed throughout the afternoon with an ETA. When It got dark we rescheduled for the next morning. Carlos and Raul showed up right on time, and immediately started troubleshooting the problem. They replaced a breaker to restore my power. They did a complete inspection of my house electrical and found several issues that needed to be addressed, and to bring my electrical up to code. They presented me with 5 estimates, 2 of which I considered bandaids to our problem. We decided to have our house basically rewired, putting 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on separate circuits, replaced all the 2 prong outlets to 3 prong outlets, and replaced some light switches, and installing GFCI outlets in our kitchen, and relabeling the Electrical panel. All this work took 2 days, and Carlos, Raul, and Jesse working great and kept us informed every step of the way, all the work took 2 days, but when they were finished my use was completely up to the current electrical code. These 3 individuals are very courteous, personal, and professional at all times. I would be honored to have them as employees. If I ever half to have more electrical work done I would contact Express Electrical to have the work done, and I would also request to have Carlos and Raul as my Technicians. Great Job to all of you, and to Jesse who got the pleasure of working under my house all of the first day, he was really a trooper.

  Robert and Jesse did a genuinely outstanding job. After nearly 10 hours without power, SCE told us the problem was on our end (it was). Robert came to our rescue at 10pm and had a great attitude despite the late hour. He was able to fix the immediate problems and he and Jesse spent the next two full days on the permanent solution we'd chosen from the multiple options offered. They provided complete answers to all of our questions. The wiring in our new, upgraded service panel is a work of art - this could be in a book on how to understand home wiring. Great job, guys, and thanks! I'll use this company for my future electrical and I recommend others do too.
