  Wallace and his crew did a wonderful job in fixing our wiring through out our house.The work was nicely done and pretty quick, the crew was also very nice and hard working. Now I can rest easy that there is no problems with the wiring that might result in a risk of a fire.

  Alex was great and professional. His workmanship was excellent. He is by far the best electrician I have ever worked with. We were pleased with his work. What I loved about him? HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS. I did not have to spend hours cleaning up after him. Not only that, he was wearing his gloves, mask and proper attire respecting the social distancing protocol. I highly recommend this company and especially requesting Alex to service your electrical needs. I never write reviews but I am a satisfied customer.

  Such a great experience with Express Electrical, my technician Raul was outstanding. He showed up accessed the workload and got to it right away. Raul showed up 100% prepared to repair everything I needed and knocked it out faster than I expected. In my opinion you don’t need to look any further than Express, specifically Raul for any of your electrical needs. They will be taking care of any future work I may have. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

  For anyone needing electrical work or air conditioning services this is the company to hire. I called around several places and can honestly say since the first moment they answered my phone call until the end of the service provided i experienced nothing but professionalism, genuine, and heartfelt care for myself and my needs.Work was outstanding and the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer all my questions and concerns.   Jesse and George were a pleasure to do business with. They showed up on time with all necessary parts and equipment to replace our sub-panel. They were both very professional and personable and took the time to explain what they were doing. They completed the project in the time frame Jesse had given me. This was nice because we had no power during the job and would have lost everything in the refer and freezers had it run into the next day. I highly recommend Express Electric, Jesse, and George and would use them in the future.

  Raul is amazing! We had a big project running new electric in my condo for ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. It’s an older building and it was a difficult job but Raul persevered and got it done. He is knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!   I prior to calling Express Electrical Services I had contacted a few other companies which put me on the schedule to be seen within a few days. When calling Express they were able send out a technician the same day within a timely manner. Daniel arrived assessed the situation and what needed to be done to correct it. The next morning Daniel arrived with his partner Frank. They immediately started working on the job explaining every step along the way. They both were very professional and able to resolve the issue of my power shutting off. Thank you both for your professionalism.

  I live in a mobil home and the electricity for half my house went out on a Saturday. My husband called Express Electrical and they came out within 2 hours and got it working again. We also decided to upgrade the electrical system since our home is older. Raul came out again the following Monday. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend Raul and this company for any electrical need.

  I had the unfortunate breaker failure on Thanksgiving weekend. I called and they answered, thank God. A young man by the name of Frank R. was at my home within two hours.   The two technicians who performed the work - Jesse and his assistant Frank - were both very polite, very professional, and did excellent work without any waste of time. They kept me informed at all times of the progress and nature of the work they were performing.The only part of the process that I did not particularly like was that all documentation was electronic, i.e., on a tablet. This made it very difficult to see exactly what I was signing, which is, in my opinion not very responsible on the part of EES. A copy of the entire work order/contract should be made available to the client prior to there being any signatures attached.

  We had a power outage in our home and called Express Electrical Services. Within a couple hours of calling, Alex came and identified the problem. He got our power back on within an hour or two of arriving, and he fixed the overall problem within 24 hours. Alex was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. We had a lot of questions and he answered all of them and explained everything very well. After he was done with his work, he cleaned up very well. We would definitely recommend Express Electrical Services, and when you call them, ask for Alex ?üòä

  I truly appreciate Ana and Nancy who kept following up with me about my appointment for service. The day of service i received a call from Ana giving me the appointment time again. Wallace the technician was on time. He was very polite. He explained everything to ve and me. Wallace went above and beyond.   Overall service: I like that the company calls to confirm appointment window and sends you a text with the technician’s photo letting you know who will be arriving. I also like that the company offers service for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.Jesse came to see me about potential work I wanted to done in my residence.   Franco came to save the day and our night! Our main circuit breaker gave out on us at 6pm in the middle of the week. Could not have been at a worse time, after hours when everything is closed! Express Electrical Services were there just when we needed them. We were very cautious about who to trust to do electrical work on our house. We gave them a call only after reading all their stellar reviews. They did not disappoint, everyone from the customer service desk, to dispatcher to the electrician were extremely professional and made us feel like we were in good hands. Franco came right away and had our house up and running in 2 hours. He was courteous, professional and extremely thorough with explaining to us what had gone wrong and the work he had done. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work. And if your lights go out after hours when all others are closed these are the guys you can trust with your home.

  Alex K did a great job explaining what was wrong with my condo's electrical system. He patched it up and came back the next day to replace my panel. It was pricey, but I'm confident I have what I need to keep my home safe. My old panel was 50+ years and failed constantly. Alex added a surge suppressor to combat the constant brown-outs in my area.

  I live in a mobil home and the electricity for half my house went out on a Saturday. My husband called Express Electrical and they came out within 2 hours and got it working again. We also decided to upgrade the electrical system since our home is older. Raul came out again the following Monday. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend Raul and this company for any electrical need.

  Raul provides me with excellent service. He explained very clearly everything that I needed to have done and what the cost would be. After he completed the work, he cleaned up and loaded the empty boxes and packaging into my trash receptacles. I will definitely use Raul again for future projects. I was very impressed with Raul as well as with his front office, notifying me of the exact timeframe he would arrive as well as notifying me of delays. I’m so happy I found this company and Raul.

  Robert is a master of his domain! After a short consultation with him, he understood my electrical needs, made recommendations, and completed the work within 8 hours. The work was concentrated on the kitchen and included adding multiple circuits to the electrical panel, new outlets, light switches, pre-wiring for light fixtures, and recessed lighting on the ceiling. I’m very pleased with his work, the quality of materials and products used, and the speedy service. I definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.
