  Excellent service and products however the free delivery is not clear and somewhat misleading for European shoppers . In fact you need to order a lot more product than indicated to avail of it .. buyer beware

  Hello Helen, As delivery costs and free delivery depend on the country of delivery, our site tries to localise each visitor so that by default it offers the data for the country of delivery. In some cases, unfortunately, it is impossible to define the country of delivery, so our site offers the data for the default country, i.e. France. This is why the data may be different the first time. However, once you have created your account with us and defined a delivery address, it will take the correct data into account as soon as you log in to your customer account.   Received my order, everything is great, thank you. But please update the website so it is possible to choose DPD pickup for Latvia - possible option on the website but it didn’t show any pickup points. I had to choose another delivery option. PostNL was kind of slow. Also, it would be great if you could offer Libero Touch as well.
