  I ordered the blue eternity rose for my wife as an anniversary gift. The price was fair, the delivery was fast and Rose was gorgeous. I only made one mistake and that was I failed to video her reaction when she opened the rose. Her reaction was priceless. I didn't think I would see such a reaction after 34 years. Thank you so much for making our 34th anniversary so special

  I was very happy with my order. It arrived at my house in good condition. I believe the website said it ships to most places in a few days. It took about a week to get to my house in California. Shipping is free so I can't complain too much.

  The site was easy to place an order with. The only missing item was an opportunity to request a delivery schedule. I called and asked for a later delivery date and was told I would be notified if possible, never heard a reply until notification it was being delivered.

  Site was easy to navigate. The end product looks good but comes in a very bulky box. Not what I expected. I'm not sure that the product takes very long to produce or it is mass produced and ready to ship. I was under the impression that this was custom made, but obviously not the case. I place the order late on a Thursday and the product was shipped on the Saturday... What does that tell you? So a little pricy for what it is...I hope the lady likes when I give to her in October.

  The product is outstanding, and arrived in excellent condition. The delivery time is long, however, as they use FedEx Ground, which is very slow. My package took 12 calendar days from order to delivery. There is no option for speedier service, so plan accordingly.

  Great on everything except how to pay. I was told that I could pay by your order personal with VISA so I went and bought a $87.00 gift card to cover the Rose and the card fee.When I submitted all the information by your web site it declined me 3 times. This took a few days. I didn't know why. I finally called your ( ? ) support and they faxed that they do not take gift cards.The reason I bought a gift card was so my personal card was free from hackers on the internet. When some one calls to place an order and you say VISA or MASTER CARD etc.just tell them up front that we do not except gift cards ,it can only be a card represented by a bank etc. even have it on your order by internet when you say go to checkout and there will never be a problem. I was going to order a red rose with leafs also but because it took so long to find out the order problem, I only ordered the blue rose .The rose came late for my 44th anniversary.

  The only comment Is that I feel the petals where too open but from a process perspective I see that if they would have been more closed it would have been difficult to do the effect. I just love it, it is amazing!!! I purchase it for my 10 year wedding anniversary and my wife will be amazed.
