Spontaneous reviewPulls were ok, it was getting the cards that was the issue. It took over a month with no replies and no communication on when the cards were coming. It took a credit card dispute for this to get moving. Pretty scummy

Spontaneous reviewShipping was a little longer than expected. About a month from fulfilment to delivery. If that doesnt bother you. Then this was all around a good experience. The website kept good updates on the order status through the shipping process. Cards came in great shape. No complaints there. All cards that were pulled online and recieved are as they were when pulled. No tricks or switches. I give 4 stars because the shipping box was a little rough. That isnt the fault of the shipper, but could have been bad given the box damages. Over all. Happy with the product and the delivery process. Would order again in the future.

Spontaneous reviewOne card, a simple Full Art took over 5 MONTHS to arrive. I repeatedly wrote to them and they only made excuses and NEVER once offered a refund so I had to confront them by filing a charge back through PayPal which they lost. One of the worse "Pull" companies out there.

Spontaneous reviewYour typical noob trap. Prices of cards are inflated, when you think you won you actually didn't. Because of this odds are heavily stacked against you. Also after 1 month when I finally received the cards they were in dirty sleeves and toploaders wrapped in paper. I feel like the least y'all could have done is get new card protection and a more premium unboxing experience especially for the premium you’re paying. In conclusion, Very predatory gambling site targeted to people new to collecting cards.

Spontaneous reviewSo i've been dabbling with pokemon mystery boxes recently and tried ALL of them, but there's one magic website which is small but has a very rabid cult following because of the real pulls and real delivery of the cards. Epic Pull . gg So I've been a small VIP on the site for about 6 months and I was recently sent a $100 VIP bonus voucher to spend on the site. In a matter of a week, I rolled and re-rolled hits over and over with just $100 and pulled the following: PSA 10 Mewtwo & Mew GX Japanese Tag Team 098 Umbreon VMAX (Aka MOONBREON) Mewtwo and Mew Rainbow If I get a 9.5 or higher with the moonbreon my return is almost $5000 with just a $100 free voucher. No other website that i tried with mystery boxes can you peform Pokemon pull miracles like this. This is a new thing and the website just came out last year, but they're rolling in the dough with these Pokemon casino-esque mystery box websites.

Spontaneous reviewThis is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Took over two months to get my stuff. Both cards were easy to find but they waited till last minute to look. Also the two packs I won were suppose to be sleeved and they weren’t. On top of that the packs literally crumbled in my hand when I tried to open them. Very fishy how that is. I won’t and haven’t recommended this place and the two packs you sent weren’t manufactured packs. Pretty grimey.!!

Spontaneous reviewThis site is a complete ripoff. They over-value their cards by 50-100% which is criminal. For example, the rare 3% hit card I pulled that they value at $250 is actually worth $120. Their support refuses to allow me to exchange my cards and I'm forced to order them. They refuse to disclose how they come up their card values when I provide evidence that they're off by 50-100%. Even worse they don't even have the cards that you order, which is why it takes over a month to get your orders. They just go buy them when someone wins off ebay, because at 50-100% markup who cares. So in short, even if you get lucky an win on this site you're still losing 50% or more of your value. No exchanges allowed.

We monitor global marketplaces daily and use a proprietary system to determine values. Because this methodology is a core part of our competitive advantage, we are unable to disclose the full details publicly. That said, discrepancies often arise between what an individual may consider the Fair Market Value (FMV) and the FMV we determine internally. This is especially true for Japanese PSA10 cards, where tracking accurate prices from the U.S. can be particularly challenging. We continuously refine our system to minimize these differences as much as possible. It is also important to note that if you feel a card’s gem value is higher than its actual worth, you always have the option to exchange it for gems. In that case, you would effectively be receiving more value in gems than the market price you perceive—something that can actually work in your favor as a user. ---- 2. On Shipping Times Delays in shipping are not due to us lacking the cards. While there are rare instances when we need to restock certain items, over 90% of the cards displayed on our site are already on hand. The primary reason some orders may take longer is the high volume of requests, which can temporarily slow down fulfillment. On average, shipments are delivered within 1–2 weeks, though in busier periods it can extend closer to a month. Your response said "It is also important to note that if you feel a card’s gem value is higher than its actual worth, you always have the option to exchange it for gems" Your response literally means: "Keep gambling until you get something you like, sure you may end up losing everything, but what if you get something that's actually priced fairly!!" Your proprietary system is deeply flawed . To anyone reading this don't take my word for it. Before you play there see how much it costs to buy gems and then see the values of the cards in their packs. You will see 30, 40 , 50, 100% over valued!
