  Glass Railing sent wrong parts and has refused to send the correct parts. The glass panels are falling from the mounts. As of 10-9-2023, I am not able to properly mount remount 13 of my glass panels.

  If you're looking for the cheapest glass railing system, look elsewhere. The E-Glass system is not inexpensive, but the quality in materials and engineering make it a worthwhile investment. Ours is a frameless 42" high railing of around 65 lineal feet, and with multiple odd angles to follow the footprint of the deck. The ordering process was accomplished on-line with detailed CAD drawings. The guys at E-Glass are helpful and great to work with. The tolerances for the glass panel measurements are very tight, so measurements have to be done carefully. The glass panels are heavy as they are 3/8ths inch thick tempered glass. Get help to carry and place them. The result is a stunning glass railing that provides sturdy fall protection with an un-obstructed view of beautiful Lake Chelan below us.

  Tanner did an excellent job from beginning to end! He took care of the designing the railing, making sure we had all the necessary materials to do the job and ordering. Would definitely recommend this company and Tanner.

  We love our new deck with the Eglassrailing. We placed the order directly with the company and the service was done easily. They communicated the timing for the order and everything arrived a little faster - which was great. The installation was smooth and the results just what we wanted.

  eGlass Railing was a pleasure to do business with. From my first online inquiry, through the design and quote process, up through delivery, they were responsive, professional and knowledgeable. After we received our order, we did an inventory and we’re missing a couple small (but very necessary) pieces of hardware. An email to Hunter was all it took to get the pieces sent within a day. The instructions provided, along with watching a couple of online tutorials, and the railing was installed in a day. I would definitely recommend them.

  This is an excellent product that looks great. We installed the glass wall around a swimming pool to protect a young child. When done, it looked like it belonged at a five star hotel's pool instead of at a home pool. We get nothing but excellent comments about it.

  Product turned out great but was quite a bit of work. All posts had to be cut down and put together. No reason the posts shouldn't be cut to size at the factory. Knowing that now, I would still purchase again. Great quality and customer service. Delivery was flawless.

  The quote and ordering process was very easy and went well. When the product arrived, it was missing the drill bit and screwdriver bit for the post assembly. The drill guide was on back order, which I was never informed about and still have not received. And there was a caliper included in the order, which I never used and was not even mentioned in the assembly instructions. The delivery of the parts and what was actually delivered was an unsatisfactory part of the process.

  I reached out for a quote and quickly got a response from Brittany Acheson. She answered all of my questions and explained what measurements they needed. I sent in the measurements along with a photo and simple sketch of where the glass railing was going to be installed and she got me a quote within a day. I took delivery and installed the railing myself and could not be happier. Excellent product and buying experience.

  eGlass Railings sent a detailed drawing of the plans, giving me confidence in their system. The panels were superior to the ones local installers wanted to put in for more than twice the price. I especially like that their design has no holes or notches in the glass.

  While I am generally happy with the product, the management and shipping of the order was not good. Hunter was helpful in rectifying some issues and giving a small discount for the fact that the Color did not get adjusted as requested of Tanner. The shipment was late and the cutting template was omitted from the shipment which cause additional time (overtime) to be incurred to meet a tight deadline, which was caused by the shipping delays.

  Dear Seth, I appreciate the follow up. At this point, I am not sure what you may wish to do. The main issue is that the shipment didn't include the template for cutting the posts. This resulted in more labor costs to complete the job. This could have been resolved by couriering a template but given the shipment was delayed it then became impossible to wait, and still meet the deadline for a wedding happening in my backyard. A lot of the issue was expectations management, and the failure to inform me that the glass I originally requested was not available. It took me following up to learn this and then more time to reconfigure sizes to make it work.

  First contact was good but as time went on communication of schedule became an issue. Parts ordered did not go together, end pieces did not match railing, have extra pieces and parts. Still waiting for info on credits of shipping charges as had to pick up glass at shop because promised schedule not being met. Cost me an extra $650 so I could have rail in place before company visited.

  On the whole it was a well thought through system and had a good powder coated finish. I was disappointed that the top caps paint failed quickly and had to be replaced because it gave me concerns about the entire product
