  As far as our standard kits go it will calculate the post being placed 4' in the ground. That being said we do have other options available that aren't on our quote tool to attached the poles to a poured foundation or sonotube. We like to have this quote tool to allow customers to price a building on their own terms, but sometimes this leads to customers selecting a lot of options they don't need. I did review your quote and I saw a lot of additions to this quote I wouldn't typically recommend. I would love an opportunity to make sure we get you an apples to apples quote.   The user interface for this site is awesome. Pretty straightforward in selecting your barn style and stuff. Two minor things. First, the discount part should be more prevalent. Like maybe make it so after you finish your build, it takes to the discount to see if you qualify for one. The other is, I wish the site had a bit more information on the available contractors in my area. Outside of that, excellent experience.

  Great site and would have been even better if it would have given me a price at the end instead of having to deal with a salesman which I was trying to avoid. Why can’t these sites provide some simple pricing and state what we all know that it has variables. These sites act like your always ready to start your project today and give no tolerance to the fact that many are just beginning to look and shop and don’t want to be harassed yet. Simple...just pricing. You want to attract people? Best pricing works way better than bothersome salesmen....

  Ive only spoke with Dustin to this point, but he IS why Im buying your building. There was no pressure, but he was personable, had quality answers for anything that I asked and with the new building, to see the finished product in the display room, set my mind at ease that this was the right place. The original hook though, was the online "build your barn" program. That was fabulous. I got to look and build what I wanted without having to have someone there "selling" me.   I understand completely one of the things I did see is you had a total of 8 16'x9' insulated overhead doors with glass and decorative inserts.   The service was great. I just started looking into pole barns and it was nice to see everything layed out so that it was useable. It was nice to have the pricing upfront on different sizes, that way I could see right away what is roughly in my price range. Other sites you have to spend 15 plus minutes trying to go through laying out what you want, only to have it cost twice as much.

  Simply great people to work with!!! As a 45 year CPA and business consultant with 50+ years in real estate and construction, I am a tough grader. DIY understands their business with a focus on earning your business. My experience was great and I would have no recommendations for improvement. It don't get better than that from a business consultant.
