  i had great service with shane kline but i used DIYs preferred builder and did the 10% down of the labor cost when the builder came out to inspect materials builder said he would be back in 2 weeks he came back i gave him 40% of the labor cost just like i agreed to like shane kline said the deal works and builder took my money and never did the job. 10% of labor $1200 40% of labor $5000 $800 for site prep starting on 01/13/2023 then the $1200 and $800 was giving to builder 01/30/2023 the $5000 job was never start and now its 04/13/2023 and have not seen my refund so be wise i used the preffed builder from DIY Barns and have not seen my refund i and i did like they wanted with the payment plan they wanted

  I built one of their sheds in 2012. They were great to deal with. Their package included everything. No detail overlooked. I like how you could pick your building options out and receive an instant quote.

  Supply of materials was OK. When I purchased the materials I was told 4 weeks but immediately I was told by the third party supplier they had 8 weeks to fulfill the order. They still got it done in under 4 weeks but the lack of continuity between the two parties was a little frustrating. Then the "preferred builder" they recommended was the worst builder I have ever worked with and DIY did very little to stand behind the builder they recommended. I am still owed money for services my builder did not preform but DIY does not seem to care. Even though they recommended the builder they say it is between "me and the builder". Because of this I would not use DIY in the future.

  So many websites avoid giving a price. I clicked through options, had a good idea of where to start with price points and dimensions. This is the best one I've come across. Even offered estimates of obtaining a contractor to build the barn.

  This was truely the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to looking for a pole barn. The way they incorporate all the extras in a easy to use platform is awesome! My only complaint well really request would be that they show you a 3D picture of the barn you designed at the end with the options you chose. Also maybe make a few of the options a little clearer on what they actually are. Some of the options I wasn’t sure what they were
