  Overall I was happy with my product, and the sellers customer support was excellent, they really went above and beyond to help me with my issues when it came to having my item held by customs due to a tax issue, however, I hope that it will be addressed so that no other EU shoppers have similar tax issues.

  I am writing this from Japanese via a translation site. divinecellar is excellent in relative price (at least in cognac). You can see the amount in each country's currency and easily calculate the exchange rate. The shipping fee structure is also easy to understand. The only thing that bothers me is the small variety of products (at least for Cognac). But in general, the store is easy to use. I don't know how to evaluate expensive Champagnes other than Cognac.
