  I was unable to use the software that I purchased. Customer Service contacted me to correct the problem, almost immediately. I had decided to not mess with the software any longer and Customer Service immediately canceled my subscription without delay or problems. Great group to do business with!

  I purchased Win 10 Pro from DirectDeals. My laptop had issues accepting the upgrade, and they contacted Microsoft twice to find workarounds. Their team was very patient and provided the necessary information to help me activate the upgrade successfully. Without their assistance, it would have been nearly impossible to get it done. Highly recommend their support!

  I purchased Windows 11 and received the key within a few hours. Initially, I encountered some activation issues, so I reached out to DirectDeals for support. They provided manual activation instructions, but when that didn’t resolve the issue, I sent proof of the problem. In response, they promptly supplied a new key, which activated successfully. Great customer support!

The prices are unbeatable, but beyond that I have my software and activation keys instantly instead of waiting days or weeks for them arrive in the mail.   I was let down by another company when they failed to deliver my order. I ordered the same title from DirectDeals at midday, and it was delivered to my email the following hour.   Great price for the software I bought, speedy delivery, and excellent communication. Many thanks! My only criticism is that I didn't realize both license keys were sent in the same email—I expected to receive two separate emails. Despite that, the deals are incredible, but prices do fluctuate, so you need to buy when you see them. I just got Microsoft Office Home and Student 2024, and it was delivered quickly. This isn’t a one-off experience; I had the same great deal with my current operating system!
