  I purchased MS Office but was unable to make the product key work. I contacted support and Suraj was able to get the whole thing sorted out.   I purchased an office program for $139. It was never delived nor a note explained why it wasn't. I called and talked to a person that could not understand simple English or wanted me to think he wasn't able to understand. I am completely dissatisfied with your service and would prefer to have my payment returned or have the program delivered post haste. There is no way I would trust these thieves again.

  You were fantastic with the scenario I was faced with. I needed Remote Desktop user licenses on an account I took over from another IT provider that wasn’t keeping up with the end user needs. I ordered the license late Sunday and I had the license key I needed by 8 am Monday. This allowed multiple users to be able to access their Remote Desktop profile by 830 AM Monday morning. Great job! Definitely will be using you going forward.

  I’ve successfully relied on DirectDeals for many years for both the business computer network I am responsible for, as well as my personal computer network. In all, over 40 servers/PCs. DD has been unfailingly prompt (within 20 minutes of ordering) in delivering the various software. The instructions for downloading & installing that come with each emailed software is concise and correct. The one time I screwed up using an Office Key, DD’s customer service via email was quick to reply and allow me to recover even though it was MY mistake in deploying it.

  I worked with Keith. He was a very gregarious and extremely knowledgeable about your products. The download went well with one small issue. After the download you have to look carefully as the choice to load the key is faint. It should be the top choice highlighted vs. being second in dimmer font. Could be my eyes.

  Tech support went out of their way to help me. I had to leave a message (didn't think I would hear back) AND they called me back. I was shocked. And I could understand them as they were in America. I have difficulty with some accents, unfortunately, so that's important to me. I digress... I HIGHLY recommend them. My purchase was in 2016! 2016! He helped me like I just made my purchase!   I ordered a product from DirectDeals and paid by PayPal. There was a problem with the order due to an error on my part. DirectDeals staff brought the problem to my attention and quickly refunded the payment as I requested. They were polite and responsive. This is a very ethical company.

  This was the only place I could find where they sold OEM copies of Windows 10 for less than the retail price. I got a great deal (~30% off) on a single license for Windows 10 Pro and received the license key very quickly via email. I highly recommend this company for discounted software licenses.
