  I've been purchasing from DirectDeals for a few years now. I've never had a problem with them. I took a chance one time and their prompt shipping and great prices kept me as a customer. I can't speak for the customer service. Maybe I've been lucky, but I never had to call them.

  Was pretty wary of purchasing from them at first, but they checked out on resellerratings so I went for it. They called me an hour after the purchase to confirm the order and my shipping address which was different from the billing. Good experience!

  Called them after hours and non expert tried to help. He asked if he could have an expert call me first thing in the morning. I said yes and received the call when I was promised. Everything fixed. Very very satisfied with customer support, both in attitude and expertise.

  All steps went through just as the company had described and the correspondence with me has always been timeous, well described and accurate. The purchased product, Microsoft Visio Professional 2021, working as intended. Very good job Direct deals. Keep it up. I am very pleased. Directdeals have very good communication and because of this l would definitely use again. I did need a little help in setting up on the software and the reply from Directdeals was prompted and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

  I was sent a non-functioning key for Office Home and Student. Customer support was quick to rectify the problem, but, in doing so, they sent me a key for Office Professional and now I have extra software that is taking up space on my computer and that I will never use. On the other hand, at least I can move this package to a new computer when the time comes.
