  I initially ordered a size 11.25 in the standard weight; when we received the ring it was a little too snug and my finace has large hands and wanted to go instead with the 11.5 in heavy weight. I send an email inquiring about exchanging the ring, that day I had a shipping label and as soon as they recieved my ring back they sent and invoice for the difference that I was able to pay online. Once that was paid a few days later I got a shipping notice the new size and weight had shipped and when we got it my fiance was in love with it. In fact he's been wearing it since it arrived and our wedding isn't for another month. Thank you for making this process so amazing!

  Very good experience buying my wedding ring through Dellaflora. I was a bit skeptical at first, as the prices were by far the best I found, but after receiving my ring I am very happy. The ring fits perfectly, is made well, and it arrived earlier than I expected it to (as I got a custom engraving on the inside). I purchased the 4mm half round comfort fit wedding band in platinum light weight, and am very happy with the sleekness of the ring - if you want a chunkier ring, go with the standard weight, but if you're like me and want something low profile and light (that doesn't feel heavy or bulky on your finger), the lightweight is definitely worth checking out.

  You know, seeing 98% positive reviews of Dellafora, I was, admittedly, skeptical, but given that the photos of their milgrain rings looked better than most sites out there and the cost was so much less, I thought it was worth a shot. In fact, because the price was so much lower than the first company I ordered from, I was able to upgrade from 18K white gold to platinum and still saved $200. The first online vendor I ordered from only sold the heavyweight comfort fit and Dellafora’s standard fit is a lot thinner/lighter. At first, I thought that was a bad thing, so given the easy return policy, I ended up also ordering the same ring in heavyweight. Honestly, the heavyweight was too heavy for me, the ring’s profile was too high and the extra weight caused the ring to move around too much for my taste. The truth is the standard weight ring is perfect, light weight and low profile (for a domed milgrain ring, anyway) and since it’s platinum, I feel comfortable that it will last for a long time. Obviously, the light weight of this ring is what helps lower the cost, but these are still quite possibly the best wedding band prices out there (I looked at a lot of sites). I returned the heavyweight ring with no problem, they’ve already refunded me the money and I couldn’t be happier with my standard weight milgrain. The detail on the milgrain actually looks better in person than in the photos. So, yeah, needless to say, Dellafora has earned their 98% positive reviews. I only wish I could buy more from them to support their business. Too bad a man only needs one wedding band…Seriously though, this was a great experience after two bad experiences with other online vendors!

  I was extremely hesitant about ordering my Fiancé’s engagement ring online but after searching for DAYS and reading reviews I finally decided to go with Dellafora for a few reasons! They had a decent categorisation for all their designs (grooved, shelved, brushed etc) they had different sizes for all and the best part THE PRICE! I would never imagine to get a platinum ring in these prices! The packaging was great, it came with a free ring sizer also, the ring box was pretty good, and the ring itself looked and felt pretty LEGIT! It weighed how a platinum ring should weigh, it had an amazing shine to it and the sizing was perfect! My experience with Dellafora was pretttyy good overall, would definitely buy from them again and recommend to others as well.

  My boyfriend and I spent a lot of time searching for rings, and couldn't agree on much, but once we saw the Platinum 5mm flat comfort fit diamond wedding band, we were both hooked. Simple elegance for sure. We did our best to make sure we were ordering the correct sizes, but took comfort that Dellafora would easily work with us to get it right. No worries though. The size received was perfect for both of us. Everything went exactly as they said it would from a timeline perspective, so no concerns about anything. So far, this has been a great experience.

I think the bands are a bit on the thin side which may explain the lower price but that can't be beat so a worthwhile tradeoff. Overall very pleased.

  I ordered the wrong size, wore it twice and realized that I would lose it - too loose. I contacted this seller a and requested a smaller size. They responded that a return label was in the mail. Great. Looking thru their package, I found a plastic ring size tool and used it. I contacted them again with a second ring size. They will send me the correct size as soon as I get the pre printed label and return my original ring. I originally ordered the wrong size. I am very happy with their communication, customer service and return service. Summary - this is a trustworthy company that does everything possible to make me a happy customer. I highly recommend this company

I was informed at the time of order that it wouldn't be shipped till about ten days later, which was fine, because she didn't know about it anyway. It was shipped earlier than expected, and had free insurance added, both of which were pleasant surprises. The platinum ring came with a nice presentation box, and a certificate of authenticity (about the purity of the platinum). It's beautiful, and I'm sure she'll love it.   Our 18K bands are perfect. Price unbeatable - far less than at any jewelry store! The rings came within 3 weeks, signature required for the delivery. Size is correct, finish is excellent, they are very comfortable. We purchased from Dellafora because of their many styles, including 18K, which we were looking for.   Great quality, low price, beautiful ring & engraving. Very quick service. We did have to return the ring because we chose a size that was too small and customer service was quick to send us a return label. Within 2 days of the receiving the rings they had processed my refund. Highly recommend, very good experience.

  The service was good and I received my ring quickly. The ring was nice quality but did get returned because it wasn’t right for me. I would say for anyone ordering a 2.5mm width, you don’t need to pay extra for comfort fit as the difference isn’t even noticeable. Return process was simple with the prepaid shipping label provided. Will definitely order again.
