  My husband bought me a ring for valentine's day. It came quickly but was to small. And just didn't look right like 14k white gold. And I ordered 1/2round and that didn't look right either. I sent it back and they are doing an exchange for me. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I really hope when they send me my new ring it fits and looks better. I will update as soon as I receive my ring.

  Easy to navigate their site and find exactly what you are looking for . I explained and easily found what I was looking for . It was easy . I clicked and there it was ! ! ! I ordered and it was sent Fed . Express and I signed for the package . That was it ! ! It was EXACTLY what I wanted , the fit was perfect , and it is beautiful . The jeweller here in my city admired it and is adding the stone and mounting which I previously had . I pick it up tomorrow and even he admired the ring . I can’t wait to get it back .   We selected a five diamond wedding ring to go with a my estate wedding ring. I ran across the site and this was the first ring I found that had exactly what I was looking for. It was perfect for what I had in mind but I wanted to check other options. I continually kept coming back to this one. It looked really good in the picture, but you know how pictures are. After almost a month of looking elsewhere I found nothing that could even come close to the look of the ring, not to mention the price. After reading so many positive reviews, and since they offered the return option, I decided to take a chance. The ring came a week early and we were really surprised, it was more than we expected. I am thrilled with my ring and will absolutely keep Dellafora in mind for the future and have already expressed our satisfaction with friends.

  I specifically wrote how I wanted the pkg shipped. I wrote it all down in the place where it would be seen by the carrier. I meant for the carrier to see and carry out the request. It was not done. The carrier was dumb founded and left the pkg in some place I did not know about. Luckily the person knew what to do. But it would been so simple if Dellafora had followed my instruction. The pkg was small enough to fit in my locked mailbox.!!!!!

  The note was to be written on the package after "Apt # and was written for you and the carrier. Next time and there will be a next time assume this guy (the customer) knows what he's talking about----I'll do what he says. So all I had to do was go downstairs to the mailbox unlock it -- and WALA.

  I searched for MONTHS for my fiance's wedding band and I was literally about to go to my local jeweler and spend my entire budget when I came across Dellafora! I was able to purchase his wedding band for HALF THE PRICE! I received his band in the mail (in very discreet packaging) in ONE WEEK! It was even engraved with a personal message! The band is comfortable, high quality and the engraving is STUNNING! I recommend Dellafora to anyone wanting a great quality band for a decent price!

  My wife and I purchased 2 Wedding bands for our family members in Thailand. We are very pleased with our purchase and our family members were very pleased and excited when we gave them the rings. My wife and I are American Expatriates living in Thailand. We appreciate how Dellafora worked with us so that we were able to purchases the rings and have them shipped to a shipping facility we work with in New Hampshire and the facility in New Hampshire forwarded our rings to us in Thailand.   I was very reluctant to order a replacement wedding band online but, after some due diligence on my part, I ordered the 6MM mens heavy gold wedding band and it was delivered promptly, exceeded by expectations, and looks great.   Dellafora customer service goes ABOVE and beyond any other company existing. My husband order a white gold 6mm band in a size 7 back in May. We exchanged it for a different band width and then noticed it was too loose. They exchanged it with no trouble and paid shipping. They were so quick and thorough in their communication. The next band did not fit so we ordered a size down. Still the band did not fit (apparently, my husband had no idea what size he was). At this point, we changed our order to platinum as they were having a sale and included engraving. We received the ring after prompt customer service care and still it did not fit according to my husbands needs so dellafora shipped us a ring sizer (I was feeling so bad for them having to deal with us at this point lol). We found out he was a true size 6 and received our FINAL ring a couple weeks ago. The rings are beautiful, the customer service amazing, and the pricing cannot be beat! Hands down the best place to go for wedding bands!

  I ordered a 14 kt wedding band to replace the one my husband lost digging in the yard. While I would like to have supported a local jeweler, I wasn’t willing to pay twice the price offered by Dellafora. The ring arrived quickly and was just as advertised.   You charged almost $30.00 for 1 to 2 day delivery and did not arrive for 6 days!!! The rings did NOT arrive in time for our wedding. You did NOT say 1 to 2 days " from the ship date " when it was purchased and when we paid the almost $30.00 extra cost....you only stated " after the ship date " ...AFTER you had our money!!! and the rings were not delivered until 6 DAYS after purchase. I feel you should, at the very least, REFUND OUR EXPEDITED DELIVERY CHARGE!!!

  I purchased a platinum men's wedding band with engraving. The product is great and I can't say enough for the customer service I received. I was ordering for my 10th anniversary and asked if there was any way My order could be ensured to come by a certain date. Dellafora came through and I received the ring earlier than anticipated and was able to gift my husband the ring on our anniversary! I am so thankful for their willingness to do that.

  Went to my local jewelry store to buy a simple, slim gold band to wear with my wedding set. price for 10K gold was nearly triple the price of the 14K gold version on Dellafora's site and that included no warranty, engraving, etc... My beautiful ring came in less than two weeks with my new initials and the date to mark a moment in life I will never forget. Will be ordering more from here!
