This discourages small purchases and negatively affects collectors dealing with low-price lots. A more flexible fee structure would be highly appreciated.

Verified reviewUnfair Buyer Fees Are Driving Buyers Away Delcampe’s buyer fee policy is simply unreasonable and unfair. There is absolutely no logical explanation for why buyers are expected to pay the platform fees that should clearly be the seller’s responsibility. As a buyer, I am already paying the item price and shipping. Adding extra buyer fees on top of that feels like being punished for purchasing. Because of these fees, many sellers list the exact same items on other platforms without additional buyer charges. As a result, I often choose to buy the same item elsewhere instead of Delcampe. This means Delcampe is actively pushing buyers away with its own pricing structure. Passing platform fees onto buyers creates a sense of unfairness and destroys trust. Buyers should not be forced to subsidize seller costs. This approach discourages purchases, reduces competitiveness, and ultimately harms the marketplace itself. Unless this fee structure changes, Delcampe will continue to lose buyers to platforms with clearer and more balanced pricing policies.

Honestly, I don't know of a better site for paper antiques than Delchamp, I don't think there is one, at least that's my opinion.
