Verified reviewit is disgusting to have the buyer pay the seller's final value fee. the sellers have already built that in their selling price so what Delcampe is doin gis called double dipping. i am trying my best to limit my purchases on Delcampe because i find this policy unacceptable.

Verified reviewSite is gone ridiculous and impossible to buy on. Buy a ten cent card and get charged 30cent 10 percent charge on top of it per item . Cancelled a lot of potential sales lately as a result a shame was a great site . Sellers should pay fees not the buyer

You are completely missing the point here. I buy a low value item to help with the postage fees and then you charge ridiculous amounts on top of it. I purchased over 20 cheap items this way for delcampe to charge €9 transaction fees . As I clearly stated I buy an item for ten cents and then delcampe wanted 31 cents per item not transaction per item. The result was me cancelling the item which means the seller didn't sell it and delcampe made nothing as a result . Many collectors I know no longer buy from delcampe as a result also

Verified reviewI don't understand why you are now adding a commission to my purchases. It has made me reconsider many potential purchases because now the cost is making it difficult for me to resell items at a reasonable price. I'm still looking and watching but I'm really thinking twice about purchases. Also I don't know why I can't access past purchases for a longer period of time.

Verified reviewThe last transaction was fast and simple. I don’t mind paying Delcampe’s platform fees, as they are obvious and transparent—unlike other platforms where sellers face numerous hidden fees and are forced to raise prices to cover them. Delcampe is different, and I appreciate that. One point that could be improved is displaying buyers’ phone numbers once a transaction is completed. The seller needed my phone number for postal requirements and had to contact me several times before I noticed and understood the request. I have no issue sharing it, but this caused a small delay. Apart from this, everything went smoothly and in good order.

However, I would like to point out that other major platforms, such as eBay, provide sellers with the buyer’s full contact details, including the phone number, which greatly facilitates communication and ensures smooth fulfillment for both parties. I understand and respect your concerns regarding data protection and off-platform transactions, and I believe other platforms operate under similar regulations and considerations.
