Verified reviewRidiculously unintuitive platform and user experience. Everything is counter logic. I have tried several times to get in touch with the seller - no success. I have tried to check the status of my order - it was the most absurd place. No mail sent when the order was sent and tracking number was available, I had to check it myself. Overall - I'll never use your platform again, unless for price of goods, which does not count on you, but the seller

Verified reviewI have had difficulty at times locating 'winning bid' and as a result I did not pay for a couple of items. This was over a lengthy time and the seller gave me a bad review. 3 months later when I discovered this, I tried sending an apology message to the seller. but this failed, possibly I was blocked. This is disappointing as I have an excellent record prior to this, noted as prompt , reliable, easy transactions. and also the same on a couple of other trading sites. . Delcampe is one of the more 'complicated' trading sites.
