Verified reviewAs a long term and frequent user I am very familiar with the site. It generally functions well and does what is expected. Two issues: searching for items can be erratic, but any problems are generally down to the way they were classified by the vendor, too often incorrectly. Secondly, Mangopay generally does not work: it used to be fine but now just hangs. This is frustrating.. It will leave a purchase as 'payment pending' for some days, leaving the user no mechanism to correct, or to pay by another means.

Verified reviewLeaving a personal note with the items which I store on my personal page is still a big problem. When I type a note it is there and I save it, then I log out and then I log in again and the message has disappeared. This only happens with DelCampe and it is very annoying. I complained before, do something about it !!!!!

Verified reviewThe transaction went very well. The item has not been received from the Seller, as of this date. It takes anywhere from two weeks to four-plus months to receive items. The longest period experienced, this past year, was a shipment from France. The item took 344 days, from date of shipment to receipt. I blame U.S. Customs and current U.S. Postal System problems facilitated by the Trump administration.

Considering that product delivery can sometimes be delayed, a longer period would provide a fairer evaluation of the entire process. #2 Platform fee is too expensive. #3 The seller is liable for return shipping fees for any discrepancies, including wrong or missing items upon receipt.
