Verified reviewI'm happy enough with the service and what I like is that sellers who offer what I want are more plentiful here than on ebay. Negatives are that I don't like how buying from professionals is so much more expensive, and I'd very much like to spend my final few pounds on mangopay that you won't allow me to do unless I verify with all sorts of authorisations I don't feel like granting. Also, I think it is still a matter of 'I'll have to wait and see how much I will actually be charged for an item'.

Verified reviewI would appreciate if the invoicing part could include the (1)the date when seller ships the goods to customer. The date can help buyer to estimate a rough gauge on when can we expect the parcel to arrive (2) the image of the parcel to be uploaded by seller. Because some are sent by ordinary mail & there is no tracking. In the event if buyer did not receive the items, we buyers can use that image as a supporting to enquire at our local post offices. Verified reviewNot easy to navigate, too many icons used which to the new user is confusing. Platform fees are too expensive. Postage from sellers is widely abused making extortionate profits for the seller, this is an area what needs to be clamped down on, also the length of time some sellers take to post an item.
