    "I have no problems finding my way around this site, sometimes it is a bit scary as I only speak English, but I have found that most sellers who have no English, still seem to know what I want with their items. Often vendors will send a small note of 'thanks' along with the item I have bought, and that is really appreciated. I already reccommend Delcampe to friends old and new.     Not satisfy with delcampe fees to buyers! I reduce 90% of my purchase items

    1. Platform fees- a very strong fee. There is nothing like this anywhere else. 2. No everywhere the buyers can pay via PayPal. This is an inconvenience. However, the seller should adapt to the buyer, I think.

    Regrettably I was not able to effect payment via the payment method given (PayPal). Trying to gain anything from their BOT was a waste of time. I eventually received a response to assist me (almost incidentally) as being asked to rate their customer support. In the Australian vernacular "Not happy Jan".

    Totally bad experience. After buyers pay fees. Can't you see many sellers sell one stamp only. After buyers fees it's not acceptable to pay twice the price. Charge sellers!

    For the most part, most of my experiences on Delcampe have been very favorable. Most of the time, I can find answers to my questions either directly from the vendor, or by simply browsing the help section of the website. There are times, however, that I would prefer chatting with a real person rather than a chatbot. One thing I would like to see a little more up front and that is a policy regarding the problem of tariffs. I finally found a disclaimer/warning regarding why some orders were being held back, but I had to really dig hard to find it. I have found after I have made a purchase that the particular vendor cannot ship to the US because of the tariff situation, but I was not alerted to the fact that they could not ship to my country on their shop page. Also, some vendors fail to notify when an order has been shipped or include the tracking number. Overall though, my experiences on Delcampe have been highly satisfactory.
