Excellent website overall, especially the option to customize your knife. It is slightly misleading in that the knife is called "DEEJO 37G" throughout, however in the fine print you read that the weight is closer to 50 g. I assume that 37 g is without the handle.

I ordered one for a Christmas present, shows delivered to J. Miller my name is Brian. The people at Deejo have been 0 help in fixing this problem. I work in the sales industry and if one of my customers says they never received a package it's on me to get fixed. They ran the tracking number and have seen that someone other than I signed for my package and still no help. After all this they want me to write a sworn statement and send a copy of the statement along with a picture of my driver's license, and even then they tell me it will take up to 14 days to review and tell me there decision on how they are going to fix the problem. I have spent $134 on a knife I guess I will never see. I don't recommend buying any products from them, they use FedEx for shipping which explains why my package was delivered to the wrong person. I would advise to steer clear of ordering any of their products.

I've purchased 4 of these knives for my family members. The last one I purchased was for a person with the Zodiac Cancer but Deejo did not have that as an etched option for the blade. Apparently, the only way I could get the blade etched with a Cancer crab was to purchase the knife with a blank blade and then put a request through for a change to the order. This did not work. Instead they sent the unetched knife to and then gave me some address in France to have it etched. Total fail on Deejo's part. I live in Alaska USA. I'll get it etched here. This is the last one I will buy from them. I'm done with Deejo.

Answer by Seth IFlagI did and the answer was that all knives go through and extensive multi point inspection to ensure sharpness. Which is obviously not true. Otherwise I wouldn’t be sending you this response. The options given to me were to mail both knives at my own expense back to you to sharpen them. Or to BUY your sharpener to sharpen them myself. Would you except either of those answers after spending over $200 dollars on 2 knife’s? So my only 2 options to fix your companies faulty product is to spend more money?

There was a problem with the shipping the knife was lost when it arrived in the United States when I contacted deejay and forwarded them my sworn statement they were extremely prompt in getting me a replacement. I couldn’t be happier with their service. I received the knife in 5 days. It is a perfect gift.

I loved playing with the customization pages and once I ordered, delivery was within days. Everything was as portrayed, if not better. The presentation boxes were unexpected and they really punch up the small blades when given as gifts.
