  I bought the steak knives. The knives are beautiful but the engraving is way too small. Also I ordered the storage box but as it turns out, that box is for pocket knives so I need to return it. The website makes it almost impossible to get return instructions or to contact the seller. And there’s a 14 day return policy!

  The discovery process on the DEEJO website and going through all the designs is quite interesting, and designing your own knife is actually quick, easy and fun. The ordering and payment process is quick and painless. Delivery was super fast and the box in which the knife is presented is nice. Overall excellent.

  Been using deejo knives for a couple foyers and love them. They 37g is perfect in my pocket (size and weight) and easy to open, handle, and close.   The product and service are usually very good, but the last order I placed was to be shipped to Scotland and I couldn’t get the site to accept the address. I contacted customer service via the website a number of times, but never received a response. Had to ship it to myself in the US and then send to Scotland. Just a little inconvenient.

  My item was marked as delivered and I haven't received it. This was a gift that now I do not have and they will not refund me my money and want me to come up with a statement in order to get a new order shipped to me, which I no longer need as it was a birthday gift. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Told me since this was customized product they cannot refund my order. Never heard of such a thing!! Horrible

  When I placed my order, the website was easy to get around and find exactly what I wanted. We saw the Maud Dardeau design on a Facebook post, and liked it so much we ordered one! The shipping was incredibly fast! The knife itself is fantastic! This tattoo is so cool, with the little eyeballs! I wasn’t sure I would like the mirror finish, but it really sets off the tattoo. We love this knife!

  The Deejo site was very easy to navigate and placing one's order is quite straight forward. The company gives you a chance to double check your order to ensure you have it correct, a most useful feature especially when a 35-character inscription is involved. Order delivery was exceptional - France to Canada in five days. The product, of course, is just first rate. I ordered one of these knives for myself a couple of years ago and I just love my Deejo knife. Most recently, I ordered two knives for family gifts and I can't wait until they are opened. This company, its service and its products are just the best. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to purchase one of Deejo's works of art.

The delivery notification stated that it would be delivered within 3-4 days (international), so I thought I had a few days to let my dad know that he would be receiving a package.   The website is pretty easy to navigate, once you get used to it. Just need to be careful. Shipping is incredible! I have placed 4 orders, which were sent to 3 different locations around the US. In each case the items were delivered in 40 to 72 hours from the time I placed the orders. Totally impressive! I have ordered 8 pocket knives, all different in design, all with names of the recepients engraved on it.
