  Ordering was very easy and their website was the only one I found that precisely spelled out that the electric motor I was buying was an exact replacement for the unit that had failed. A change in the manufacturer's model number made it very difficult to make sure that I was buying the replacement unit that was correct and the CSH site solved that problem! Ordering was easy, price was outstanding, unit arrived in two days as promised.

  It was an easy online order. I would have given 5 stars but I paid for2 day priority which cost as much as the part. Got the package on time but the bag was opened in the box and only contained a spring. Could not call until the next day. They sent me a new part overnight and I have received it and all was there.

  This is the tale of two cities. CSI responded very promptly and shipped the next day; I received the unit the following day. For that I rate them 5 stars After opening the box and looking over the unit I noticed there was no instructions. It appeared that you just plugged it into wall and the appliance into it. Nothing happened. I emailed their customer service but have not received any help. Like a instruction sheet. Being industrious I went on line and looked for information or reviews. A large response of buyers loved the unit. Also mixed in were comments that 1) A 9 volts battery had to be installed, and 2) an internal screw boss had to be cut off to enable the installation. So I did that, took 5 minutes unit works fine. However I would rate CSI customer service as a total failure. That was a week ago still haven't got anything from CSI. So I am rating them a two stars.

  I ordered this vent motor on a late Wednesday afternoon and was shipped the next day and was on the hot water tank by Friday night. Super fast shipping, perfect match to the old one, cheapest price I could find, customer service was very nice and helpful. I hope I never have to replace this motor again but I would definitely recommend this company!!!!

  I searched online for a replacement motor for our NuTone kitchen range extraction fan. The price offered by CSH was competitive and the product description along with the customer service provided the clarity necessary clarity that this was the correct replacement part. My kitchen range extractor fan was up and running a few days after my order. I would definitely use CSH again.
