    This whole operation is a scam and I was taken advantage of by all involved. They saw an easy mark and took full advantage of me. They convinced me to purchase a piece at a "great discount" however upon later research the price they gave me was in reality $100 difference not the $1,000 I was told. I would tell anyone not to shop with DI. I wish I could just return the items I purchased but I guess I'm paying for being naive.

    I was held hostage for over two hours while begging for my passport and sail and sign card back. Seven times I asked for my passport and sail and sign card. I also stated that I could not buy the ring without my husband being there . next thing, I know I have a bag in my hand with a ring in it, they have me sign a form so they could check my credit card. I felt totally coerced. The experience was horrible and I have witnesses. Two of my friends were with me. I called to try to send the ring back and they said that I could not get my money back I had to Exchange for something else or get a store credit. I am so totally not happy and I will be getting an attorney. I was on a cruise and they took up a good portion of my port time. The papers that were sent to me, do not tell me the value of the ring As I stated, this was a horrible, horrible, horrible experience! And my husband is really not happy with me. He understands that I did not do this intentionally I really don’t even care for the ring. If I were to spend that kind of money on a ring, it would be one for my left hand.

    The store was busy but my daughter and I were treated like we were the only ones in the store. They made us feel extra special and picked out beautiful pieces to show us after getting to know us just for a few minutes. Kiran, Vaughn, and Zubair were all amazing and made an everlasting impression!! We will be shining for years with everything we purchased!!! 2 necklaces, 2 bracelets, 2 rings, and earrings came home with us.

    Ieasia was an absolute delight. She asked open/ended questions to see what I liked. She motivated to make my purchase by telling me I deserve something nice. She and Rohoan worked diligently to get my application through due to technical issues. I took that as a sign that I shouldn’t get it but Iesia ensured I was comfortable. She gave good directions and recommended her favorite spots.

    We walked in just to s how them my chocolate diamonds I got 3 years ago. Somehow they showed me single crown of light diamonds to up the size on my wedding ring. Well, I love crown of light. When I went back after that changed my diamond…. I was in AWE!! Omg, it’s beautiful!! I’m so proud of it.

    I had a wonderful experience with Peregrina Bravo onboard the Disney Magic in the UK. She spent so much time with me to make sure I found the perfect set of Crown of Light jewellery and made great suggestions based on my comments on the pieces. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic; she knew her stock well and understood the value of the items she was selling. I was very satisfied and am delighted to have started my Crown of Light collection.

    Our sales person was wonderful. But, I do have a concern right now. I had my ring appraised and very disappointed. We were told by the head person that my ring was valued at $10,000. The appraisal came in at only $6000.00. Guess I am going to have to think twice before believing your sales manager at DI from now on. Very, Very disappointed that we were actually deceived.

    JUNK NOT WORTH IT! RIPPED OFF! It was pretty but not worth it , Bought it in November 2019 wore it a total of 3 weeks and the center stone fell out lost gone! now i'm paying for junk!

    never resolved due tp Covid. sent ring to local jeweler cost me $150, ring didnt have enough prongs to hold the stone, and ring itself split- had to have soldered and 4 prongs to hold the stone. Will NEVER BUY WHEN TRAVELING AGAIN!

    I was told that the value of my diamond would be more valuable than the purchase price. I had it appraised and I am being told the diamond is poor quality. I want to return this diamond as I was told by the Disney Cruise personnel and DI that it could be returned for a full refund. We went back to the Disney Cruise personnel because I was concerned and again she reiterated that we could receive a refund if we were not satisfied. DI prices do not match their quality.

    Next day 14 karat gold ring turned green. Very unhappy and will Start a campaign on our Charlotte radio station to be careful not to purchase from your company on Aruba visits. Le Vian diamond still looks nice but will have it reset on REAL gold band. Very disappointed in what was nice day with my wife turned into such a bad experience.

    The sale people I encountered in St. Martens were very helpful and knowledgeable. The workmanship of the ring sizing and attaching to rings we already owned was wonderful. I did go into the store in Antigua and the salesperson there was pushy and unprofessional. I did not purchase anything there due to the salesperson who seemed to think that I had to buy from him even though I had already purchased more than $10K in jewelry.

    The service at DI Damond’s was excellent, however I feel like I was caught up in the moment when being shown the different pieces after my husband purchased a tanzanite bracelet for me. I ended up spending WAY MORE than I realized! I did not need a ring or earrings or another bracelet! The starfish necklace I did want. I realize the ring was sized..,but I feel strongly that I must return everything except the starfish necklace. I will also keep the tanzanite bracelet that my husband, Shannon Rambo, purchased for me. The quality of EVERYTHING is excellent, but I am a retired teacher on a limited income. Please help me!
