Thank you for making it so easy to return items that did not work. I do not live close to your store and I appreciate how simple it is to return something. I returned an LV bag and within days, I found a fantastic Gucci bag and scarf I could not live without. I also sure appreciate the extra 10% off!!!! I am overall very happy with my experience purchasing from Couture USA. After a phone call to answer any questions, I purchased an LV Flandrin bag described as great condition on the web site. The bag arrived quickly and the condition was as described it is great. Only opportunity for improvement would be regarding packaging, I think a nice decorative box containing the bag and dust bag would add to the overall experience. I would definitely consider Couture USA for any future luxury purchase.

Best store to purchase preowned luxury items. I have purchased many items and never been disappointed. I recently purchased a Louie Vuitton wallet and when it arrived I thought it was new even though the store said it was in “great” condition. I couldn’t find any blemishes or signs of wear. Nothing short of amazing. I've purchased 4 bags in the last 30 days from Couture USA. They have the top selection of high end handbags and all the best brands. The first time I went to the boutique I was sitting in the parking lot at international mall, on my way to one of the luxury boutiques but decided to check the hours for Couture USA. I called and spoke with Amber and she was so kind and told me that I didn't need an appointment to come shop and to come on over. I left the mall and headed to the Couture USA where I was immediately wowed by their enormous selection. I got a chance to meet Amber and Alina and they were the sweetest to work with. Never any type of pressure and they also told me ways to save by signing up as a VIP and I was given a discount on the purchase that day. The next time I came in the store I worked with Lydia who was super nice. No one is ever pushy and they are happy to have you come in and take a look at their impressive collection. The store is always extremely clean and smells so good. There is a lot of pride that goes into running this shop and it shows. They have quickly earned a big space in my heart (and wallet). I think the prices are more than fair and I'm beyond thrilled to have this boutique in my city. I suggest signing up for their VIP program so you can be notified of their sales and receive any discounts by being a member. Check their website often as they are constantly updating what's there. I also suggest you buy it when you see it as things move really fast. I seriously love this place and can't wait to go back. (This review makes me want to go shop now. )

This was my 5th time buying from Couture USA, one item was returned, the other purchases were okay, the Gucci and LV purses did not last long as they were older models, the material ripped and straps broke, think some items are a bit pricey for older used items, and my shoe purchases were without the serial numbers.

I'm usually very happy with customer service but unfortunately this time the owner didn't handle my problem correctly. I bought cartier love drop earrings that I received on late Friday, when I tried them on one of them it was so easy to take of and put back on but the other side I thought it was stuck, I couldn't take it of . To make story short I called on Monday to ask for help litte do I know that you had to push the two end of the backing to be able to take of . I took it to my jewelry place to see why one of the earrings was so easy to take of and the other I had no problem. It turned out that the mechanism on it was not working properly. When I called spoke to the owner to let her know she blamed me for ruining the earrings. And she's not responsible for them . I have send them to cartier to have them tell me if there's something wrong or was it my fault. Again I really like the customer service there usually they handle problems much better

This Bag was something that I wanted but didnt want to pay what they was asking at the time a few years ago .When I was ready couldn’t find it in the stores in that color anywhere so thought to look at pre owned sites this on came on my phone I read the reviews and decicded to give it a try .I’ve brought a few bags from another site before with no problems .This was a Great decision it was very easy and fast and when my Beautiful Bag came all I kept saying is this person takes care of there Bags like me thank you thank you !!! Very personable high energy a very nice. Found exactly what I needed and some. She informed me to follow on IG that she post everything they get a new. Also the Catherine the owner came out an introduced herself to me . Which was very nice. Was a great experience and definitely will return. The only thing I find strange charge Florida State tax and Hillsboro county tax never saw that before. Definitely recommend Couture USA.

Yes, my daughter and I had to have the bags shipped because we were on vacation and had limited room, and Amber was amazing! She helped us in the store and then shipped them out on the same day we were flying out! Everything went smoothly, arrived on time, and the bags are perfect! I placed an order on Saturday after business hours. I ended up needing to cancel that order. I sent in an email. Before the store even opened on Monday, I received a call from a very nice lady telling me that she will cancel my order. I then ordered a pair of Gucci Jordan loafers that were in Excellent condition. Upon arrival, the condition was like new.
