  Great experience. Love the shoes I bought, but they did not fit me well. I had to return, and Couture USA refunded me right away after they got the shoes back. I’m very impressed with their policy and professionalism. Will buy from them again.

  The mannequin that you used showed the earrings I bought from you as much as larger than their small size. I am very disappointed in the merchandise and in the presentation of the merchandise.   The color in the photographs suggested more of a slate or gray color opposite of the black in the bags pattern. When it arrived, the blue hue was a bit of a shock. Foolishly I should have noted in the description of the product that the word “cobalt” was used, so I’ll take some of the blame here. Otherwise a very positive experience.

  When I first moved to Tampa 5 years ago, I scouted out this Couture Shop in Westchase. I love it there! The girls are very nice and not a bit pretentious.   First I ordered a Gucci bag and paid for it. The I found great Gucci sunglasses and ordered that. It would have been a rating of ""Excellent"" if the site automatically let me know about the ""coupon"" so I could have made both purchases together and utilized the coupon.

  Glad the ad popped up!. I was reading a newspaper online and an ad for Couture USA appeared. Broke away from the article to have a look and saw a red Kate Spade handbag (among many other wonderful items) that was just my style! Price was reasonable checked out and returned to the newspaper. Arrived today and is in perfect condition I doubt it was ever used, may have spent it's existence shelf sitting, bagged of course. Delighted with my purchase experience!

  My LV agenda arrived in great condition exactly as described. It looks even better than in the pictures! The outer cover, rings and credit card slots are pristine. One flaw on the inner flap of the agenda was disclosed in the pictures and for the condition of the agenda and the fair price I am ESTATIC to have added this to my LV collection.

Always happy that Couture USA has good return policy as opposed to bag purchases from a very large consignment shop that doesn’t accept returns on bags. I’ve bypassed many expensive items there because of that. Appreciate that Couture allows buyers to look at item in hand.

  I had my order canceled and suspected of fraud for no entire reason. I then had to reorder at a later date and the item which was a gift for my terminally ill aunts birthday still hasn’t come smh. I’ve never felt so hurt and confused in my life.

  One of the best shopping experiences in my life! The shipment was super fast and professional. All the communication with the Couture-ladies was pleasant and relaxed. They really care about their customers! I bought a Gucci cardigan with only 4 stars and was ready to spend some time to restore it’s initial good look.   Amazing Designer Resale Shop. Couture USA is always so honest with their customers. They are always giving the most accurate details about the items that they sell.
