Verified reviewI have mixed feeling about this service. For 1, the webpage is not useful, which is very frustrating to me. It seems like I'm always redirected to call or email my order. However, after drawn-out conversations, with a customer service rep, I was frustrated that she couldn't get my order correct. I ended up speaking to another representative Nichele Noga, and she was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and provided a speedy service from the start. EXCELLENT reviews for her. I couldn't be happier. Having a great staff like Nichele makes everything else tolerable.

Verified reviewCustomer service sent us samples of different envelope types so we could match them with a prior product. The samples came in just a couple days and we were able to order the right envelopes for our needs. Each time that I've either talked or emailed with customer service, they have been extremely helpful and quick to respond.
