  Always ships fast. Usually in a box that is perfect for the size of my checks keeping them in good condition. One order was shipped in a large box causing some of the checks to be crumpled....hoping they are still good to use. Tax forms are shipped fast as well. Easy to use website for ordering.

  We have been buying from Computer Forms since the early 2000's. When the COVID paper shortage happened, and we needed our self-seal envelopes, I received a call after I placed the order, that they didn't know when they would have them back in stock. Did I want them backordered? I said yes. Their employee also helped me find an envelope that we could use in the meantime that fit our checks. Extremely happy with Computer Forms.

  I have mixed feeling about this service. For 1, the webpage is not useful, which is very frustrating to me. It seems like I'm always redirected to call or email my order. However, after drawn-out conversations, with a customer service rep, I was frustrated that she couldn't get my order correct. I ended up speaking to another representative Nichele Noga, and she was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and provided a speedy service from the start. EXCELLENT reviews for her. I couldn't be happier. Having a great staff like Nichele makes everything else tolerable.

  Customer service sent us samples of different envelope types so we could match them with a prior product. The samples came in just a couple days and we were able to order the right envelopes for our needs.
