  Each time that I have ever called to order hose, the staffers are so very nice and helpful. They are patient while I am doing the measurements needed and always guide me through that process. I love the ease of ordering by phone and also love the fitted hose.

  I must wear compression hosiery all the time now, and when I have to wear a skirt the sheer footless or footed hosiery is perfect (depending on whether my shoes are open or closed toe.) It definitely doesn't look like compression hosiery and still does the job. I couldn't be without my numerous pairs.

  Bought the closed toe by accident. Don't like this because it doesn't fit the foot as well as open toe. Socks were too warm for the summer and don't have consistent compression.

  I thought I had received the wrong stockings because the picture on the front of the box showed stockings with toes in them. When I emailed the company they said that I had received the right stockings but the picture didn’t match the stockings. Very courteous and prompt response. great company. Will always order my mom’s stockings from them!

  My overall experience was very good. The Mediven thighs are great. They perform just as the website said. They have truly helped with my compression needs. I would recommend this product. Shipping however was slower than I believe it needed to be. With a day or two, the product was reported as shipped. It then sat in a shipping warehouse for days. The product is very good, shipping, not so much.

  Worst ever compression wraps I have ever used. They will not stay up. They fall down when you walk. The disks that need to be used to keep the wraps on are very difficult to use. These are by far the worst I have ever used and I have been using wraps for over 15 years.

  All of my orders have been fulfilled in a timely fashion and all orders were delivered in the timeframe that was communicated when orders were placed. Order processing is handled through Shop efficiently, except my latest order that Shop confused my account information with my wife’s information. The confirmation was sent to her email address. Shop needs to keep account information separate.

  Was not looking forward to wearing these "old lady socks" and they are costly but to my surprise they are very comfortable! and if they are helping at all these "old lady legs" it is worth it.   The donning gloves I ordered are the ones I need to put on my compression stockings, however, they only are available in Small or Medium. In using the Medium I found that they are too tight and hard to put on. I need this glove in a Large size and Compression Store does not offer this size.

  The pad is flimsy and makes it difficult to have traction in removing stockings. The Juzo pads I had previously were thick and easy to work with.

  I have purchased several times from the compression store for my son who is on disability and has issues with his veins in both legs. The Juzo silver thigh stockings are the only ones that seem to last, stay up the best and work the best for him. Navigating the site is a breeze for me and I have not had any problems at all from beginning to delivery. And I really appreciate the the occasional discounts.

  Luckily, I called to check mail status as THEN I was told one of the articles was on back order. The gentleman did however WHEN I called handeled my replacement article very well.

  I can't understand why they have this line that shows on my leg like a seam. It is the crease where the stockings fold and never goes away
