  I followed the sizing chart very carefully, making all the necessary measurements with accuracy. But when I received the product, it was so small and tight that I could not even get it up over my calves to try it. There is a severe problem with the sizing chart on this product.

  Comfortable with just the right amount of support. I actually like wearing them. The right one, however, seems to roll at the top and slip down my leg, requiring adjustment now and then. I'll order a second pair and switch them out.

  CompressionStockings.com is not quick to get orders out, so I figure I have to allow 2-3 weeks lead time to get what I need. The only other issue I have experienced is that the stockings do not fit exactly the same from one order to another--they vary a little in length, or maybe in elasticity, which then affects the length. Some pairs (all the same size) are plenty long and stay up well. Others don't seem to stretch up as high (I wear thigh-high with high compression), and that seems to encourage them to slip even further down on me, which is very uncomfortable and quite disconcerting. I have been wearing compression hose for 12 years now, so I have seen this cycle repeat 3 or 4 times. My solution is to order 3 pairs at a time, try the first pair, and return 2 unused pairs if they seem to be on the shorter side and therefore not likely to stay up well on me. But to have a lack of consistency in sizing and have to return them for this is very annoying, not to mention expensive. I have written to both CompressionStockings.com and Sigvaris about this with no response from either. Except for this, I like the Sigvaris product (having tried many others) and CompressionStockings has been the most reliable provider I've tried. They certainly offer a better price than my local retail store.

  Just received my order. I tried it on this morning and my first impression is it's well made and fits. I was glad and surprised it came as a pair. I guess I didn't read carefully enough. It does help take the sting of the price out a bit. I wonder if there is some insurance that could help with the costs? Do you know of any that do? The order came quickly and arrived safely.   The 15 to 20 wool sigvaris 421cl are smaller in the foot than the 20 to 30. I have been using mm in the 20 to 30. The 15 to 20 in large fit better than the medium size 15 to 20. Great Sox I wish i had tried the larger size years ago.

  The problem with Juzo's compression stockings is the band around the thigh. It's not strong enough to hold the stocking in place. During walks or the gym, the stocking falls to the knee. I wear compression stockings due to a circulatory problem in my legs. Juzo stockings are useless for that condition. I have two pairs of Juzo products, and both have the same problem. The ineffective band is too bad because the stockings are fine otherwise. They are comfortable and easy to put on. However, they cost more than $100 a pair, so they need to be perfect.

  When placing order i mistakenly did not flip the switch that keeps bill too address to same as ship to. Why isnt the default to put in separate addresses but flip switch to same if desired. I further do not see a way to correct the problem or even cancel so i can resubmit it. Now just waiting for credit card to reject the purchase at this point.

  Ordered same Sigvaris part number as I have ordered historically. I recently received stockings that had the same part number, but socks are lower quality than I have historically received (not enough compression and stretches our of shape in the 1st try-one. I've taken pictures and I will be discussing with the provider. This reminds me of shrinkflation (smaller / less product for the same price). I would rather get the correct product at a higher price than a lower quality product at the same price. I'm not a chronic complainer - after all, I've been ordering from Compression Stockings for 10+ years so I know when a change has occurred. Guys - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

  Hello Compression Stockings. Well - it has been more than 4 weeks since I wrote to you and nearly 4 weeks since you responded to me. I haven't heard anything further from you about 'going to look into this issue'. I want to have the correct product shipped to me promptly, like for me to receive it by July 3. On July 1, 2024 I will reject the credit card payment by which I purchased the wayward stockings you substituted. The reason will be 'bate & switch' product with no resolution to supply the correct product. I really am an easy person to please, but your lack of resolution leaves me with no option but to raise the bar further. Compression Stockings - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. All the Best!! Mark

  Very nice. The band at the top is wide enough and does not constrict. I ordered the open-toe model and they stay in place on my forefoot. Only complaint is I did not see a color chart on the order form. There is one on the box, though. I would have ordered “wheat” had I known it was available.

  This is my third time ordering your compression socks and plan to stick with them. I have tried others in cotton and bamboo and they just do not perform properly. I sure do not want to mess around ... my edema is slight but I am on my feet all day so want to get the best socks I can!

  I"ve been using this website for several years, and always satisfied with the products. (Except, why do the stockings have to be so expensive!? ) I found the Juzo stockings - with the silicon band around the top - by accident. I have always had problems with other compression stockings sliding - or even worse, ROLLING - down, and eventually cutting off most of the circulation to my lower legs. The Juzos stay exactly where you want them. I'm very pleased.

  The stockings are easy to put on. That's a positive. The negative is the band at the thigh. After a couple of weeks, the band no longer holds the stocking in place. As a result, it slides down to the calf during the day. I do wear the stockings at the gym, so that might be a factor. I'm careful not to pull up the stockings from the band, and I've washed them per instructions. From my perspective, the band isn't durable.

  I love Sigvaris compression socks. I have several pairs. I wear them everyday at work and during hiking/walking outings. They definitely make a difference in reducing swelling and fatigue in my legs.

  The stockings really help the overall tired achyness and swelling that I can get during the day when I don't wear the stockings. The only problem that I have is that I have a bad knee and wearing the stockings adds preasure to the knee. I have decided to try to wear the stockings every other day or every third day to give my knee a rest in between.

  I was looking for some sheer, light compression thigh high stockings which I have ordered from you before. Instead, I received some opaque medium compression stockings which I'm trying to return. I wrote to inquire of correct address to return them to, since I no longer had the return label. I was referred to another company whose automatic phone system wasn't working correctly & I couldn't reach them by phone. I was then referred to their website which I will try next. I am not happy with how difficult you are making it to return unsatisfactory merchandise!!
