  I like the product, but the mailing was a problem. First time, it arrived late and only one item of two. When I reached out, they sent me the missing item, but it was returned to the factory. The second send of the second item was late. I don’t know if the problem is with the company or the mailing service. I’m pleased with the product, but there was more than a month wait to receive the original order.

  I have been using compressionstockings.com for years, once I learned that my health insurance wouldn't cover the stockings. I've never had a problem getting the stockings, like I've had from other large suppliers, and the prices with compressionstockings.com are the best I've seen either online or at brick and mortar stores.

  While everything around the ordering and delivery was great, the product itself was a dud. The donning sleeve is cumbersome and doesn't reach to the top of my long arm so it does no better than without it.

  Very satisfied with my order. Since I've been buying these knee Hi's for quite a few years, I'm familiar with the website. I buy a couple each fall usually black that go with my shoe color. That way I have new ones to use with the older ones, that get recycled as painting socks. I put different colored sewing thread at the top of each pair.

  Received the stockings. They are withstanding and long lasting. Out of the 12 pairs that I purchased, one of the boxes was cut straight down the middle and who ever packed the items hopefully checked to make sure the socks were not damaged. Otherwise, I will continue to purchase.

  I'm sure they're fine but they weren't the right size for me. I got them on but could never get all the folds and wrinkles straightened out. I then could NOT get them off. I eventually had to cut them off. So now I have no stockings and I'm out $80. I thought I'd ordered the right size based on the measurements given but I guess not. The quality seemed really good. The problem was my large calves.

  I have been buying the exact same Jobst knee high 8-15 socks from Compressionstockings.com for at least 7 years. They are the only socks I buy. Until my 2 most recent orders, I would have rated these socks a solid 5 stars out of 5. However the last two orders show they clearly changed the manufacturing specs since the socks were tighter, difficult to put on and no longer reached my knee (I only buy knee high) When I returned them, I sent a picture to Compressionstockings.com showing the discrepancy in height of socks on my leg for new vs old. Additionally the elasticity on 7 of the 10 pairs was gone in 3 months; normally i have to throw the socks out because they wear through the heeels never becasue the elasticity does not hold up. I am terribly disappointed. I tried to contact Jobst but if you are not a retailer, it seems you cannot contact them. I am currently ordering other socks to see how they fit so I can move on from jobst.

You've been a loyal customer for 7 years and it's not great to see that the quality of the Jobst knee-high socks has changed in a way that doesn't work for you.   Past performance was good. However my recent experience wasn't so good. I bought two pairs of stockings. When I wore one of the pair the first time, a hole came into the big toe. My nails are short and not sharp. The company sent a replacement. When I received that pair and wore them for the first time, a hole in the big toe opened. Only one pair remains wearable. The company has sent a third pair as a replacement. It appears to be a flaw in their production or materials processes.

  Items as described, Evo-nation classic black ribbed. Good value for the price. Difficult to pull on, like any compression sock. Would be easier to align if contrasting color (silver or gold) on heal and toe. If doing outside work in heat or cold, probably need to wear a pair of regular socks over these.

  The process was easily navigated and I’m extremely satisfied with the product. I suffered a life threatening pulmonary embolism about 15 years ago, am anticoagulated & must wear good compression stockings which must be discarded when elasticity decreases. So it’s an expensive process so I must have good stockings, not knockoffs. This purchase is excellent. Thanks for the support (pun).

  I am satisfied by the manner Wendy handled my struggles in finding the right size and brand for my needs. Really like how she would let me know that there will be a short moment of silence while she research for an answer to my question. She is very courteous. Frankly, compression stockings is a complicated difficult item. Putting it on takes a ton of effort until I found Arion Magnide and the Butler just have to be retired. The donning aide is just one of the many issues, not to include measurements, waistline, cuff etc. So far spent almost $500 and I have not found the most comfortable pair that I can say I like very much. Not any body's fault, there is just so much variables involved. Am glad that I don't have to be in Wendy's spot taking the calls.
