  I searched everywhere to find guy farai single soft pods which wewe given to hotel guests at foxwoods casino, They discontinued it and guy farai doesn't seem to sell the soft coffee pods retail.. My wife tried melitta regular brew and itis to weak for here taste. I first purchased a single 16 pact of the dark brew. My wife lives it and that's why i ordered 108 single soft pods. Thanks for having them in larger amounts. Walmart does not have them

  I've been trying to find coffee and tea pods that will work with our partiular pod brewer so I don't have to order from our vendor. I found CoffeeHouse online and many of the same items we already had. The cost was much less than what we were paying. Ordering was easy and we received the items earlier than expected.

  While I really like the concept for this product, the quality control and delivery of the product is always a complete mess. The coffee packets always look to be just tossed into a shipping box, and the shipping box arrives all beaten up and damaged. It would be nice if the actual coffee packets were sealed into a bigger bag before being placed into the shipping box. Secondly, when the package arrives, dozens of the coffee packets, and the contents inside the coffee packets, are busted open, spilling granules of sugar and powder creamer all over the inside of the shipping box. Out of the 250 packet order, I'd say 30-40 of the coffee packets are busted open and unusable. Again, I love the concept of this product and it's convenience for our guests, but the quality control and delivery of the product has just been a complete mess the last two times I've ordered. If you could just clean up just these two aspects for this product, this would drastically improve the buyer experience.
