  was so excited to FINALLY find toasted almond pods. I got them for my sisters birthday. Whenever she opened the box it wasn't coffee in a pod it was like a tea bag I would have never bought them. We tried it in her keurig and what a mess. Does she need some sort of attachment for her keurig? I don't know what to do with these bags they aren't pods.as I know them. Take word pod off when advertising them. I got 3 boxes. I will research to see if now I have to buy her an attachment for her Keurig

  Ordering, shipping, timely receipt of product all was very good. Customer service I did not get to use. The only problem is (and it is the same for what seems to be all 4 cup coffee pots/coffees) is the product resembles hot water that somebody swished a brown crayon around in. We call it "Ghost Coffee". Thank goodness we have a special roast for Guests that we serve at breakfast. There are two ways to make a semi decent cup of coffee with the 4 cup product - 1 is to use two packets rather than one. The other method is to use it as per instructions, then once it is through brewing, take the packet and place it in the pot for at least 15-20 minutes and allow it to steep. Just like making tea. They either need a more functional filter material, more product in the packet or a much finer grind. Let me know if you solve this issue.

  Site and delivery was ok. Nothing special-just felt lucky that I was finally able to get pods made for the coffee pot I purchased. There was no packaging of individual pods: not sanitary at all. I’m hopeful that there were 50 as requested as I was too disgusted to count the individual pods. Hopefully gloves (clean) were used.

  Quick delivery and delicious coffee. The pods have a little more coffee in them than the standard Senseo pods so you can actually make a large cup of coffee or two small cups of coffee with one pod, which saves money.
