  I’d never ordered any antique furniture before this purchase. The company was easy to do business with. Communicated well about shipping and with some approaching date restriction delivery arrived quicker than expected. Delivery worker was professional and friendly. So happy with my purchase.

  We surprised that these arrived with oasis planting materials hardened and congealed to sides of the cachepots. Took some time and effort to remove the hardened materials so that I could purpose the pots.

  I ordered the chairs for my daughter who lives in Denver. When I was ordering them on the website, there was a glitch in your computer system and I was not able to enter a separate shipping address . I tried several times, but the system would not allow it. So ten seconds after I placed the order I contacted Customer Service to inform them that the shipping address was incorrect and gave them the correct address. It took several more emails to actually correct the problem. And Chairish charged me $200 for the change, despite the fact that the order could not possibly have gone out to the shipper as yet. It was late on a Friday evening. I was very upset. Then I ordered another chair from that same Vendor and they charged me the same amount to ship one chair as they did to ship four chairs. Since I knew that they would all be going in the same truck at the same time, I asked if I could get a discount on the shipping, but was told no. Since I have purchased many items on Chairish, I was terribly disappointed at how discourteous the customer service person was. And of course there is no way to speak with a human being. I am likely going to cancel my account with Chairish as a result. A disheartening imagae has shaken my trust in the company

  My table arrived within a week of my purchase agreement. It was in good condition as described. The delivery person called several days ahead to set up a convenient time for delivery. He kept in touch and the delivery went very smoothly. He even helped me move my old table into my car. I would rate him five stars. My concern about buying through Charish is the pricing. I am only a one time buyer and no expert, but the prices seem exceedingly high. It is difficult to comparison shop since each piece is unique. I am not sure I am getting good value with my purchase, but it came as described and I take responsibility for having overpaid, if some expert tells me that I did.

  Our order was handled in a very customer-friendly and professional manner. As soon as we had indicated that we wanted to buy this desk, Chairish responded by email. The next day, we had a confirmed order verification, which detailed for us when nd by whom the desk would be delivered. And they were true to their word; it was delivered well within the alloted time. The two men who handled the delivery were conscientious, contacting us several times on the days prior to showing up at our house with the desk. They carried it into our home with great care and set it exactly where we wanted it. Then they did the same with the hutch top, unwrapping both pieces, securing them together, and making sure we were able to open both the doors and drawers and use the key to lock and unlock the desk before they were satisfied. They were most professional, and we truly did receive "white glove" delivery! We were so impressed, also, with the beautiful piece of furniture we received! It is truly a gem! It was exactly as described on the Chairish website, but even more beautiful in our home. The structure is in great shape, the wood os beautiful, doors and drawers open and close easily, and they are able to be locked with the elegant key that was included. It is now a beautiful addition to our living room, and will be used as my desk, as well as the center for my artwork and family photo restoration project. Thank you, all at Chairish, as well as those at Ivy Hill in Philadelphia, for this beautiful desk! God bless you!

  Chairish performed well as the intermediary that they are: efficient, professional, and attuned to customer service. The stool I bought, however, is a different story. It is advertised as being vintage, original condition. If that so it has been sitting in a closet or warehouse for decades. There is not a single scratch on it. It looks as though it was made last month. It’s a nice piece, but it’s not a vintage or anything approaching ethnic as advertised.

  Ordering was a little challenging due to the Ebay like bidding. Shipping exceeded expectations. The pieces had more nicks than expected but with touch up markers and some polish restorer were up to our expectations given the age of the nightstands. All in All we are satisfied customers.

  Beautiful, perfect vintage enamel lamps, with just the right chips so one can tell they’re vintage. The hardware is also perfect and gives it that industrial look. Thank God these vintage pieces still exist. Thank you Chairish!

  My experience purchasing this item on Chairish was easy and straight forward, however the shipping of the item got bungled somehow. I contacted Chairish to inquire what was happening with the item I purchased as it seemed to have stalled along the process. I commend Chairish for their communication skills and the speed with which they replied with an answer; everything was resolved with no issues whatsoever and my parcel arrived safe and sound. The only issue I could possibly take with Chairish is that they are control freaks and every last thing goes through them... is this a problem, perhaps not but it does take the personal touch out of the equation and makes things a bit controlled, like having an over protective Mother-in-Law...that sort of feeling. In my case, all went well, so I have no complaints.

  Shipping fell through multiple times, and the delivery time was weeks overdue. They did compensate me $100 off the shipping charge. I was disappointed in the overall service as well as the lack of ease of communication with both shop owners and shipping providers.

  It didn’t occur to me that this photograph would have been printed on non-photographic paper. It makes me wonder why/how it could have cost so much to begin with (above $300). I think what I ended up paying was already more than it’s worth. Furthermore, it was shipped in a tube!! The paper is fairly thick so it will take a while to flatten this out to be able to frame it.

  Item is as expected, but seller took three weeks to deliver the item, and provided no communication at all regarding shipping status. I finally had to ask Chairish HQ to get involved, and was only then informed that the seller had shipped the item to the wrong buyer. Chairish was great at handling the problem, but I would have appreciated better (any) communication from the seller.

  The only reason I leave a fell short rating is that Chairish had problems with getting my purchase to me that took a few months, I think to resolve. We were not in a hurry so that was fortunate. I also want to say their customer service department got on the problem and kept us informed of what was happening all the way through until we got our piece this week. We love what we bought, a Settie, and are very pleased to have it!

  The product was exactly what i wanted. High quality and (finally delivered) when I needed it, by very professional, first class shippers. The only reason Chairish doesn't get five stars is they need to improve their response to customer support, even if it's about events beyond their control. They NEVER answered any emails. I never got a confirmation email that I had bought my piece--only confirmation from my Paypal account. Finally I found a phone number which they answered after repeated calls over two days. They promised it would ship by the end of September and I would get a phone call as to the exact date when my item would ship. That never came. I never got another update on shipping. On the day before delivery (October 21) I received a text from the shipper that the delivery would be October 22 between the hours of 7:30 and 8:30 pm. And so it was finally accomplished. I ordered my piece in August. If you have time to wait for your delivery (contrary to Chairish written shipping promises) and are okay with NO FEEDBACK from this company, I would highly recommend Chairish if you find something you love (and they offer a lot to love!). I would buy from Chairish again but will be more informed and pro-active with customer service in the future.

  I'm very pleased with the items I ordered, the seller description was accurate. The shipping company failed to provide advanced notice other than in the morning on the day OF delivery, after almost 6 weeks of silence. This did not align with the information provided by Chairish about shipment practices.

  I made an offer just one time for the chairs and my offer was accepted. The chairs were exactly as prescribed. They are simply beautiful for chairs from the 70's. My first purchase from Charish has and was a great experience. I will and do plan to purchase again.

  The table is nice, delivery was great. I ordered the table thinking it was 29 inches so my chairs would go w it and it was 27 inches. I have decided to try and resell it on CHAIRISH. It is being reviewed now.
