  I bought these Run 4.0 specifically for a 9 hour flight to Europe. I am usually a medium but returned for a large since I was needing to wear them for so long. Just returned yesterday and they worked great!! No swollen knees or calves! I also wore my Feetures plantar fasciitis support socks so my toes and ankles also had compression. My plan worked beautifully!! I highly recommend!

  I have used a different version of the CEP compression sleeve for knees and they are excellent at providing stability and support for my arthritis and Torn ACL, but the one I just purchased is not nearly as good and far less comfortable

  Great products with excellent phone support. Shahin was a great help in finding products that worked for me. A top pro with deep product knowledge, infinite patience, and a sincere compassion. I started off with 2 pair of mid calf all day sock as a trial. And now have many more in my drawer. Excellent!

  All of my CEP products are are awesome. I miss-clicked and ordered the wrong size on a BOGO clearance sale for this item. When I reached out to CEP, they were happy to replace my items (even though it was a clearance sale) with the correct size because they still had my correct size in stock, and even honored the BOGO. They could have easily said "no returns or refunds on clearance items" or allowed me to exchange but not honor the BOGO promotion, but they didn't. They took care of me, and I'll definitely be back for more CEP gear when I need it!

  Soft cushioning in all the right places! My feet feel comfy even while roaming around the house in stocking feet. Doing a good job on reducing the edema in the ankles. No-show style was great for wearing sneakers but not helpful with my swelling. Ankle and crew socks much better for that problem.

  My doctor recommended CEP. I was happy to see that a knee-high dress sock was available to purchase in navy and black. They are comfortable, easy to launder and work for both casual and dress. The transaction went smoothly as ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I hope other colors such as tan and gray become part of the inventory at some point. I recommend CEP and these socks if you are looking for a compression dress style.

  The compression socks fit well and were comfortable. I wore them on a 15 mile hike on the Camino de Santiago on 9/3/2023. Wearing the socks in the heat for a long distance resulted in a significant rash on both legs from the ankle to calf. I chose not to wear the socks on subsequent hikes and the rash cleared within a week.

  When my doctor told me two years ago that I had to wear knee-high compression socks, I tried several different brands. None of them worked very well for me. Then I found CEP. Their sizing system is awesome -- a perfect fit for me, and the fact that both the socks and sleeves are designated L/R means all day comfort.

  I use these compression socks while doing distance riding on both my road and mountain bikes. They provide support but not quite as much as I had hoped they would. That is the only reason I rated them GOOD rather than EXCELLENT.

  Compression is even, comfortable and effective, however, after just a few wearings they show real wear and thereby a projected short life. I have other CEP pairs which remain in service after years of usage.

  I liked the material the compression sleeves were made of but overall they did not help with compressing/helping my blood flow. It ended up doing nothing. It did feel good on though so that was nice.

  Site isn’t hard to navigate. I did not have any contact with customer service. The order arrived on time. The all day sacks that I ordered were not that good because they continue to slip down my leg which does not help their ability to deliver compression.

  I’ve worn these socks for over a decade. They’ve saved my life with an injury I have in both legs. I have loved every pair. But. This recent pair was thinner, and has less compression than normal. Not sure why. I own a pair of the Light socks. So I was surprised and to find these socks just felt thinner, and less supportive. 🫤

  I love my cep socks. They help my neuropathy and bunion and hammertoe. I wear every day snd most nights. I’m in hospital today and have my pink socks on. Just sorry I couldn’t get the ankle socks when I ordered.

  CEP are manufactured by Medi ((Germany). I have been using this brand in walking and running for 15 years. The socks are colorful, well made and provide therapeutic compression that is consistent. Socks are made for the left and right feet, and you need to measure the circumference of your ankle and calf to get the sizing right. Always measure in the morning before your leg volume increases, and make sure the ankle circumference matches the measurements otherwise these will squeeze your ankles.

  You mention socks. I neither ordered nor received socks. I ordered knee sleeves; I received knee sleeves. I'm new to knee sleeves. They seem stiff and bulky behind the knee. Hopefully, I'll adjust.

  I have purchased the ultralight calf sleeves and love them. I wear them for tennis in hot Florida. I was initially worried that I was going to be very uncomfortably hot in our over 90 degree weather, but surprised to find the mesh is breathable. I just purchased my 5th pair. Love the light grey color(matches my team uniform) :)

  Easy to order. Received product on time and in good condition. I have been using CEP's calf sleeves for years and have always had good experiences with them. However, their new ultralight sleeves are not as light as their old ones, which I prefer to wear when it's quite warm. Still a good product but not as cool to wear as their original ultralight calf sleeves.

  Trying out different models of your knee length compression socks. All day, All day merino wool, hiking, running, and ski. All are really good. Personal preference is the all day merino wool, and the hiking. Great stuff!

  I received my first order of womens compression socks in early August. I tried to wear the socks but they were just too tight. I called customer service and they were very helpful and suggested I might try socks in a mens size as they may have roomier toes. The return went smoothly and soon I had the mens socks. They were still too tight. I called customer service and the person there told me that I may need less compression as I had been ordering the strongest compression they have. He also suggested I get a mid cut sock in a womens size. I received the return label right away and today I shipped the mens socks back. I am now awaiting the replacement socks. The customer service at cep compression is great they have been most helpful to find me just the socks I need. They also found discounts so I could apply them to the purchase. The website is easy to navigate

  I've been dealing with occasional problems with swelling in my ankles but was only finding knee length compression socks. When I found CEP offered both ankle height and no show socks I was thrilled. They're cushioned and they're comfortable while providing the compression I was looking for....and they look great too!
