  It was super quick and easy to get a quote for our car. They picked it up at the auto shop a few days after we agreed to their offer. We signed over the ownership and they gave us a cheque. I wish we had known about Cash for Cars before we drove our little BMW to the scrap yard. Would definitely recommend getting a quote before getting rid of any vehicle.

  Cash for cars was great. Made a call, got a call back and a email confirmation. Filled out the paperwork. Got another call from the driver the next day, they came dropped off the cheque and took the car. Just like that it was done. Awesome service.

  The process of getting a quote was simple and easy, and they delivered on the quoted amount. When it came to scheduling the pickup of the vehicle, that was a little bit more challenging, as they did not pick it up on the original day they had planned. This led to some inconvenience on my end. They were very responsive and communicated quickly to help manage this problem.

  Abosutely great. Got phenomonal quick service and much higher amount then I was quoted from other salvage or rebuild places for a car with a blown engine. My contact Conner was the nicest fella as well and sympathetic and patience while I waited for final confirmation from my mechanic about the state of my car. I previously worked into the car business and a lot of the myths are sadly true but CashForCars (Copart) I had a very honest exchange and recieved fair value which is rare. Thanks

  After falling prey to some dishonest ads offering cash for cars I called the real deal . Cash for cars Canada. They were honest answered all my questions and provided me the funds we agreed upon. Don’t look elsewhere , I won’t. I’ll call them first.

  Difficult to communicate with. There was several people emailing me, but none of them seemed to be aware that someone else was emailing as well. Price was lower than I expected but due to the pandemic, I did not want to deal with selling privately. Pickup arrangements were done by two people as well, made arrangement with first gentlemen for a Tuesday afternoon pickup. Another gentleman called me on Monday to say they would be there within the hour. I had to politely explain that there was already another arrangement in place and that I was not available on Monday.

  Wonderful experience. Unfortunately there was a delay on when they could pick the car up but it was no worry for me. The driver handed me the cheque for the exact amount I was quoted (which was much higher than other companies were offering) and handled everything from there. Super easy and very helpful

  Overall good. Working with Copart was exceptionally good. I received a quote quickly and was able to reach someone with questions. I rated a 4 because between Copart, Copart Direct, and the tow company, I was transferred several times and my tow was delayed twice. Overall, though, I would use cash for cars again.

  They were supposed to pick my car up on Friday. Talked with the dispatch Friday morning and was told it would be picked up that day. 3PM I heard nothing. I reached out CS who where very helpful in trying to sort out the issue. I was told I could expect a call back from dispatch soon. I ended calling the dispatch again at 4pm. This time I was told my car was never on that days list to be picked up and Monday was my pickup day?? My Partner was waiting all day for them to arrive! Really a waste of time for her!! Come Monday the car was picked up. This time I just left the keys and title in the car. The transaction was easy on the Monday. Just wish it had happened on the Friday!!

  Simple solution to getting rid of a car running or not. I provided all the appropriate information online. I received a call to verify the information and schedule a pick up. The tow driver phoned ahead, showed up and was very polite. Verified my name and made sure the information on the check was correct, exchange title and off he went with the vehicle. I highly recommend!

  This was the best thing for me. I could have probably received more money for the car but I would have had the Hassell of putting new tires on and changing the battery. I also did not want to deal with Craig's list or some unknow person coming to my house . This was an easy safe transaction and the people that I dealt with were super friendly.

  Your pick up process needs work. Trying to arrange for a time was awful. Specifically asked to be contacted at least 30 minutes before arrival so I could arrange transportation to the mechanic shop. The mechanic called me to say driver was there. Also, payment was supposed to be a cashiers check but it was a business check and although you had car and title my bank was going to hold funds for 7 business days. Email confirmation specified Cashiers Check and that's what I should have gotten. Based on your intake people, I expected a much better experience.

  Everything went fas and smoothly the only hiccup was that they were supposed to be coming between 1-5 and didn’t get to my house til about 7 , I didn’t get a phone call so I assumed they would be coming the next day ! But after they arrived it was 5 min and done! They were also very polite !

  I spent over a month talking about my vehicle to a lady from cash for cars and after they take the vehicle to their yard they say that it cant be processed etc. The lady messed up bad. It has wasted a month of our time n efforts and we are frustrated as we only have 1t days before we need to move and we havent been able To sell the vehicle yet. If she had all the facts right it would been a better experience

  The cash for cars side service was excellent. The only hiccup was when the tow truck arrived. The driver did not know he had to provide me a check which made me a little nervous. He went back to his truck to call his disbarch to confirm then issued a check. I understand that this was another company I was dealing with but perhaps just better communication or notes to the actual companies who will be picking up the vehicles. But as mentioned the Cash for Cars team was great to work with. They were upfront and communicated with me every step of the way. Thanks!
