  The real value of a company is demonstrated by how they deal with problems. Anyone can accept accolades when things go well. The more meaningful five star ratings are for successful problem resolution. In our case, Sherry persistently worked to solve a quality problem. We will use Carolina Rustica again.

  The website was very friendly to use. The pages for entry of your shipping address and billing information were short and flowed quickly. I was able to enter everything once without having to go back and fix anything. I would highly recommend this company particularly if you are looking for nice furniture at a reasonable price.

  I was looking for a particular writing table/vanity and Carolina Rustica had just what I wanted for at a phenomenal price compared to their competitors. The furniture order arrived within a couple of weeks and the delivery was outstanding. Sun Delivery had it unpacked, set up and cleaned up within 20 minutes and the furniture piece was stunning. I am very delighted with the entire process from order to delivery. I would highly recommend them.

  Good experience. The chair was assembled wrong. It tilted front instead of back. The delivery guys figured it out and fixed it by removing the base and rotating it 180 degrees. That is not really their job, but they were great.

  The bedroom furniture I ordered from Carolina Rustica is my second online irder experience with them. I received wonderful customer service both times and will definitely order from them again, should the need arise.

  My interactions with Carolina Rustica were very good. I found this store by using Google to find my bed. I called the store and I was able to order the bed in the size I needed. I as told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the bed. The bed was delivered July 11th. However, the delivery company initially had problems putting the bed together. The delivery guys had no experience installing the bed. Their initial comment was that some of the boxes are from another bed. That was not true. The bed just had a lot of boxes. After spending almost two hours trying to assemble the bed, the delivery guys discovered that two left posts were sent for headboard. The delivery guys talked to their manager and were told to pack the bed up and bring it back to Dallas. I called Carolina Rustica & Sherry was very sympathetic to my issue. She spoke with the delivery company and the furniture company, Lexington. She stated that Carolina Rustica would try to get the post ASAP. I am rating Carolina Rustica 5 stars because the store provided good service. If I were to rate Sun Delivery, it would be 2 stars. I am disappointed in Lexington Furniture for not ensuring that all of the parts were correct. It’s a week later & I still don’t have my bed. I hope it doesn’t take another 4-6 weeks to resolve this.

  Ordering was a breeze! Our bedroom furniture is GORGEOUS and exactly as described and pictured. HOWEVER, delivery was a circus & unprofessional to say the least! Our delivery days & times were rescheduled 3 times, last minute. Yes, this was annoying, but hiccups happen with furniture delivery. I understand. There is a delivery questionnaire to complete to determine truck parking, accessibility, stairs, etc. We had a straight path through the front door & up the stairs to the bedroom - no obstacles or maneuvering. The 2 young men, I would guess in their early-mid 20's couldn't even lift the dresser. My son and I overheard their frustrations (you can imagine). After failed attempts & a small gauge in my drywall, they asked my teenage son to lift & carry it from the bottom! The one man totally bailed & left my son to carry it up the stairs! Fortunately, my teen son is a 6'2" athlete. If he hadn't been there, they could never have completed the delivery. That is no exaggeration! One of the men had his pants sagging so badly, his entire rear was visible during the delivery. I took photos of that, along with my son carrying the furniture (no one would believe it otherwise). The delivery company sent their own review request. They replied within an hour that they were "embarrassed." They apologized and called the next morning as a follow up to my review and photo. I also sent an email to Carolina Rustica's customer service on May 21 to let them know how unprofessional their 3rd party delivery company was. I got a generic "thank you for letting us know." The rep said she would forward it to the owner and get back to me. 2 weeks passed. I sent a second follow-up email on June 3 to the same customer service rep. Her reply was, "the owner hasn't gotten back to me." I've furnished almost my entire home on line from leather couches to tables. There are countless furniture stores from which to shop. Again, our cherry bedroom furniture is GORGEOUS! It arrived much sooner than expected. However, Carolina Rustica's lack of consideration to get back to me after such an ordeal is rude, unprofessional, and simply disappointing. I will not be a return customer.

  I took a chance to order bedroom furniture online through Carolina Rustica. The salesperson was very helpful and pleasant to speak to-which I appreciated very much. My dresser has been at the 3rd party shipping area for several weeks waiting for 2 other pieces.This is unacceptable; I should not have had to call twice to get my furniture delivered Once I complained the "second time" my dresser was delivered and the item is fine. Also, the 2 end tables were delivered somewhere damaged and I did not find this out until I called to complain about the 1st issue. Now I have to wait who knows how long to get my furniture. Its frustrating. If it was not for these two issues my overall experience with Carolina Rustica was just fine.

  I did not receive the products I ordered because they were no longer available. They were on the website for purchase so I assumed I would be able to get them. It was several days later that I was notified that they were no longer available. Very disappointed.
