  Excellent very fast shipping , chose these guys cause i first went to partsavator ( avoid with all costs ) they listed the Y pipe at 918.00 plus tax then after ordering and paying next day they cancelled my order and after checking they upped the price to bit under 1200 plus tax so i decided to go with these guys for my same part paid 50 bucks more but well well worth it got it in 4 days no messing around AVOID PARTSAVATOR

  Stephanie was awesome, great communication. Be patient in email response time, initially, next day responses were well received. Shipping took a little longer than expected but kind of expected due to distance, shipping was free but due to rural location had to pay a small amount. Was shipped a few days later. Had to call Canpar (shipping) as a day late, however they accommodated and made sure order was here before noon next day. Overall experience was excellent, 1st time purchaser, have confidence in recommending to car clubs and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again. Now that we have an expectation of time frame from order to shipping to delivery we can purchase in confidence. Canpar tracking was provided, so could check daily. Two thumbs up guys !

  I ordered some rotors online. First communication was a confirmation on the following Monday. That was cool. Then I received an invoice but I already paid online. No indication product had shipped until I received an email from Canpar. As a Canadian I like to use Canadian companies when I can but my experience was no Rockauto experience. Work on the delivery process and I could give higher marks. My experience was a little confused but I did receive the product in a reasonable time.

  I have a 2010 Mazda 3 that required a new AC condenser coil due to a leak in the OEM component. Ordered a replacement through Capital Auto Parts and received an email to confirm vehicle configuration for proper fitment. There was a slight glitch where I would receive another email request after verifying vehicle configuration, so I called and left a message. To my surprise, I was contacted by phone within a few minutes where they explained the email issue being experienced. They confirmed vehicle configuration right then and there and my order was shipped without delay. The new condenser arrived in about 2 days and I was extremely happy with the fit. No struggling at all and the AC technician pressure tested and recharged the system without any issues. AC in the vehicle performs like new and I’ll order from Capital Auto Parts again in the future. Thank you!

  My first purchase experience with Capital Auto Parts went very well. I ordered a complete exhaust system online and received a follow up phone call to confirm the vehicle fitment before the order was shipped. Upon receiving the parts, one item had been damaged during shipping. Within 2 working days I had a replacement for the damaged part in my hands and ready to install. The prices were very good, the online shopping experience was smooth and the after-order service was phenomenal.

  I already told one of your peoples, I did order 1 Mag, I guest it is your shipping area they made 4 track numbers (like often Mags are in set of 4. Purolator driver saw 3 track numbers, only 1 Mag, he tought, I am missing 3 items, I am not delivering, when he do go let's say at Rona with 1 tire instead of 2 or 4 Rona refuse the delivery because they don't accept partial delivery. I was oblige to go to Purolator office, wait for the truck to return by the end of the day to get my Mag and not wait for the next week because we were a Friday...

  All parts worked, but Shocks were not the same size ( one heavier duty than the other). Drivers side tie rod end had greese fitting but passerger side did not (asked before odering and was told they both had greese fittings)

  I placed my order with Capital Auto Parts evening of Tuesday, April 23rd. Wednesday morning, 24th. I received an e-mail from Brian Barber confirming my order and my sales order receipt. On Monday morning, April 29th. I reached out to Brian by e-mail regarding ETA, courier and tracking number. Within a small period of time Brian responded to my e-mail with my requested information and the funny part, within a couple of hrs. of Brian's e-mail the courier showed up to my door with my order and a day earlier to the delivery date that was scheduled. Product was well packaged. Great service from Brian and the timeline of fast delivery. Will highly recommend Capital Auto Parts to family and freinds. LeMoine
