    One of the BIGGEST mistakes I've ever made. I hired them (paid in full) over THREE MONTHS ago to establish/transfer my 501c3 to FL and dissolve in NV. It still hasn't been done. When I began my business in NV it took one month to establish, not over three months (and its still not done).Furthermore, I sent Sabrina an email on July 26th regarding why it's taking so long and she JUST replied, a week and a half later. They take your money up front, then take their time providing you the service you paid for! Beware!Evan does NOTHING. I've asked them to be proactive and expedite this process, make some calls, to no avail. They fail to understand that their lack of urgency is affecting my ability to save cats/kittens across the world.Very dissatisfied. I just want my rescue established in FL so we can save cats/kittens. ??????

    I highly recommend BryteBridge to work on achieving 501c3 status at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Not only was the lawyer we worked with thorough, thoughtful and responsive, he navigated a tricky situation with our organization as we wanted to move from a 501c7 to 501c3 , which was more complicated.     I was inquiring information about a501C for the organization and I know that in times when I inquired about something, the end result was a scam! But it wasn?t the case this time, I called while at work in the emergency room and was able to put David on hold many many times. He was definitely patient and very informative. I was very scared ( although I?m a Christian) because I had no clue what to expect. Low and behold David started on the phone with me for an hour, on New Year?s Eve 12/31/20. I pondered on paying that day but assured him I?ll let him know my decision in a few days. Well I called back and only wanted to work with him, January 15 he started my paperwork with a down payment and four pays later I just paid the remaining balance and my folder with all of my documents was downloaded to my files and although this was during Covid-19 I was Approved April 16, 2021 my brother birthday. I also spoke to Hector when I felt discouraged. I?m sooooooooo please with them that I?m back again for a 501c3 for our church! I?m definitely letting everyone know this is definitely aRecallable Company.

    After they hook you in and take your money, communication drops to zero. Emails are rude and short conveying information in a language meant for an accountant or lawyer. I have no clue what I paid for. I have no clue what the status of my nonprofit is. They offered to manage my organization- ha! For an additional fee. Yeah right. I wouldn?t trust them to manage my rock garden let alone my business. I?m completely in the dark as to what they did for me.     In response to the vendors comment below, here is my reply....I did contact the team prior to posting my review. The team's response was that I would have to purchase another product offering.Please note that we never requested a special price nor did we receive a special price. I am nor sure why you reference the discounted price as a reason for I contacted 5 vendors to review their offerings . I had allocated $10k for the task.     I have been working with Charity Net USA since February of 2017. Their employees are efficient and friendly. I was able to get my nonprofit Savior Socks a 501?(3) title. When it came time to file my taxes with the Internal Revenue I decided to use Charity Net USA, so far, they are doing well.     Less than 1 star. RUN, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Complete lack of accountability, communication and ability. Do not put your trust or your books in BryteBridge hands. Financial reports 2+ months late. Reports were incorrect, mishandled and there was a lack of resolution after numerous emails. We were told that our bookkeeper Raja did not take phone calls after begging to speak with a bookkeeper who could explain where the disconnect was. Per their advice, they linked our bank to Quickbooks which duplicated every single expense. They then charged us by the hour to correct their mistake. We did not receive 2021 year reports until Feb 2022, and still have not received anything else. They initially refused to refund our money or produce the reports. In Nov 2021 we purchased a 990 package. They filed our 2020 990 forms incorrectly, filing it in the wrong year. Now, it is MAY 2022 and WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR 990'S. They lazily refunded us 2 months of service after a dozen emails, which we did not ask for. We needed our financial reports and not once did they produce on time, if at all. We were forced to seek legal council and are currently having to seek a professional team to clean up their mess. DO NOT USE their service under any circumstance. They will absolutely mishandle and misfile your account, then stop responding. If you value your nonprofit status, do not take that risk.

    I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Nelson at BizCentral. My focus was very narrow. I have been doing private consulting for many years and wanted to expand my exposure by becoming SBA 8a certified. While much of the application process may be considered by some to be straightforward, in actual fact the nuances of the application could prove to be a fatal flaw which could result in being denied certification. It was in this area that Jennifer provided detailed guidance on the application. While I was able to put most of the application together, I recommend that if you chose to go it alone (like me) that at a minimum you have your application reviewed by an expert. The experience was well worth the time and money for the consultation. It was really money well spent.

    I highly recommend BizCentral USA! I wanted to turn my Free Prom Dress Program into a not for profit but feared the 501c3 paperwork. We originally said Legal Zoom to start the process which was a disastrous waste of 3 months that resulted in a refund! I thankfully found BizCentral!     This is a great service! We are a small start up non-profit with limited knowledge of the process of incorporation we needed to complete. After several months of dithering we called Charitynet and had the documents we needed in less than one week. We filed in New York which is a notoriously difficult state but got it done and approved in about 2 weeks. The Federal EZ form was prepared for us and downloaded, all instructions have been clear and accurate, easy to follow.

    BizCentral USA I found on web and was Leary at first but they were very kind staff on phone and drew me in. Although I had to have something retyped two times because it was not correct of what I said, overall they DID accommodate me WITHOUT charging me! I thought i was told charity registration was included in price by the first operator that drew me in, but i could have misunderstood, but ASK what your fee includeds!!IN the end, I got my Incorporated in less than two weeks, (would have been less time without error correction), and 501c3 status 90 days or little less from when I filed!* If a business is willing to make changes due to their staff error and your approved- you have to love them! Overall I would recommend them and with any business know what you want in your documents and stick to your guns and a good company like this one, will do as you asked- WITHOUT CHARGING YOU!!. They did not charge me for revision due to their mishap and that is why I still use them, as they were fair.No one is perfect as long as it gets done and they were timely on all items, even corrections.     Following my published review on 2/27/2015, I received a call from a senior person (might be the owner) at BizCentralUSA. He apologized for my experience and asked for another chance to make this right. He then offered a free service for a corporate sponsorship packet. I accepted this, as I understand that mistakes do occur and the actions of one employee do not always represent the company as a whole. In this case, BizCentralUSA delivered in an A+ manner.     These are the greatest people that I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. Kristin is just one of the people that your able to trust 110% because she honestly knows what she is doing and she always gives you her honest thoughts about what to do with something, and I hate to say it, but 99.9% of the time she is right. I think the only time she was wrong is when she thought she was speaking to another client and called me by his name. Other than that is is really great.     My small nonprofit used BryteBridge for our bookkeeping, accounting, and state and federal filings for about a year. We chose them because they offered the lowest price and all the services we were looking for, but we had numerous issues with them.1. They failed to file our State compliance paperwork due to mistakenly marking it as complete in their system.2. We did not get to interact directly with the bookkeeper who did the categorizing in QBO, but exclusively with a go-between person who did not seem trained in bookkeeping or familiar with QBO at al. This led to many miscommunications and errors.3. Our point-person would bring questions to us that should have been within the expertise of BryteBridge (like how to handle stock donations, or how to record payroll), and failed to bring questions to us about crucial information that only we could provide (like the names of donors).

    They helped me a lot with getting my nonprofit 501(c)(3) certified, so I will definitely give them that! However, the woman who was helping me get all of the paperwork in order quit out of the blue, without any notice. I called her, emailed her for 2 months without any response... Then i finally called to talk to customer service and they said they would send over the paperwork and I never received it, so I had to call back again. Company has great intentions, but they need a better system for when someone leaves. I should have been certified months ago and now I have to go though the rest of the process on my own once finally get the paper work! Fingers crossed that everything goes though before the end of the year (end of donation season) rolls around....

    Several years ago, some friends and I attempted to incorporate a non-profit business. The three of us worked exhaustively for two years on it. We never got off the ground as the process was so daunting. Not only did the time consuming task require great attention to detail, it required a knowledge of bureaucratic expectations that no amount of research could give us. The incorporation business filings and applications were NOT our area of expertise.Then on October 21, 2016, I contracted with BizCentral USA to incorporate a new small business charity for me. After giving them my credit card number over the phone, I immediately started receiving emails and phone calls from employees who were in high gear and ready to move on my behalf. All that was required of me was to answer a simple questionnaire about my business goals and desired structure.     Dez and I have been fortunate enough to start the process of starting a non-profit organization to help some of the less fortunate in our community. You will seed much more on that later but as you may know the process for such a venture can be a daunting one with writing bylaws, sending documents to the Secretary of State, the IRS to name a few. It was seemingly a never ending barrage of finding the correct paperwork, the right addresses for the agencies, the laws governing our organization and its board of directors, etc. We contracted a company called BizCentral/Charity Net USA for help with the process. They will do it all for you for a very reasonable fee. They cut down the time spent on the legality and the tedious process of paperwork so we could focus on our company. They have done in a few short weeks what would have taken me as many months. Their help has been such an enormous blessing.     No communications via telephone, tried to reach the company multiple time and left messages multiple time since I had some important questions. The company want's me to pay my second payment without providing any proof that the documentation has been completed. I cannot review anything, and only receive emails. I did not give authorization to charge the payment method on file however, the company tried anyway. I am very unhappy the way they handle their business and requested a refund. However, I never received a response regarding the refund instead, they try to charge my account anyway. I would not recommend this company to handle a 501(3)C application. UPDATE: 5 Star rating, BryteBridge and my Agency solved the misunderstanding and miscommunication in an amicable way. BryteBridge is continuing to help us with the 501(c)3 Even the President of the company called us, we had an excellent communication and received a discount as well.     In 2015, I chose CharityNet USA to assist me with forming my now Bethel Island Children's Support 501c3 organization. CharityNet USA made it a easy and seamless process. They guided me through the entire form completion process and who, where and when to file the various forms. They have continued to be my best resource when I have a question. Each year following I have used CharityNet USA to file my Federal and State tax form requirements. I have not had to repeat any information that I have provided before as they keep your file and refer to existing information.     We signed up with CharityNet USA on November 16, 2017. It is now December 7th, and we are now submitting our forms in the final step. Hector was impeccable in his work, and communicated back and forth with me and implemented any revisions I requested, usually within that day or the next morning.     We started our non profit journey in 2007, prior to working with CharityNet USA I had already spent a year trying to complete our 501c3 paperwork. These guys were a saving grace. They completed our registration start to finish and we were established within months. Today, we still go to them every year to do our taxes. We've tried to do this through accountants but it is such a specialized field. The team here just understands what we do and they make it as easy for us as possible.     I was recommended through a friend. At first I was so overly excited about the experience she had encountered with charitynet USA and couldn’t wait to experienced my own. However, I have had the worse experience ever with the company; not only did my order took long since the beginning of February 6 2020 to finally get completed last week April 13, 2020 without us going through the service to assured that we were on the same, but the lack of services, lack of communication is horrible. My special only communicated with me once by phone during the interview which was not completed. I had to be the one that continued to call, emailed and left voice messages without any response back from anyone to finally had to request for a supervisor to contact me. And, it’s not due to the pandemic at all. The team that worked with me lacks in communicating with people. The order is now completed, but there were no following up to finish up with things.Discussion took placed and researched was requested to be done with proper indications, guidance and which direction is needed; but none of that was done for follow up.Due to my experiences I wouldn’t recommend the company even though they are considered as one of the best. I would say be open about things.I’m still trying to figure out if maybe they are overloaded. I have been so overly patient and compassionate in waiting.I can also provide proof of emails between them and myself.

    I originally used CharityNet USA to assist with creating my first non-profit organization a year ago. The customer service was good and the paperwork was approved by the state and IRS with zero issues. I ended up needing to change the name, the state in which the headquarters is located in and added services to my existing non-profit. I called CharityNet USA to assist with my non-profit needs and did not receive the same customer service! It took almost a week for them to even submit me an invoice for the charges and another 5 days for Leslie to even start on my case. Leslie (the representative assigned to my case) did not take the time to speak with me to ensure that she fully understood what is that I needed changed and what my goals were with my non-profit. In my opinion, CharityNet USA is suppose to be the experts, therefore, they are suppose to help their clients avoid any pitfalls and to ensure all their needs are met in a timely and professional matter. I also experienced a wait time of 1 month until I received my revised documents that contained numerous errors! I called to speak with Leslie's Manager, Maria whom by the way could care less about the subpar customer service and work her subordinate provided. Maria didn't even apologize to me nor did she try to figure out how rectify the situation. Her response was that Leslie will reach out to me by close of business today. I even reached out to the Director of CharityNet USA and his response was that the order was submitted wrong in the system because Leslie didn't even submit the forms to dissolve my non-profit in the previous state that is was registered in! The Director also was continuously hesitant to hand my case off to another consultant due to Leslie's incompetence because he "Didn't want to have to pay another consultant"! How is that my problem?!?! A business is suppose to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the services that they receive because they are paying for a service that a business agreed to provide...and in this case, the service was not provided! The Director also promised that another consultant would give me a call the next day and it has been 3 business days and a new consultant has not reached out to me. In addition, I spoke with another company in my local area and together, we confirmed with the IRS that a new 1023 along with the $850 IRS fee is not required in my situation. However, CharityNet USA had me setup to file a 1023 and pay the $850 IRS fee! My advice...stay far away from this incompetent company! My personal experience has not been a good one and I just want to warn people before they waste their time and hard earned money on a company that does not value its customers.
