  Pays twice for shipping - bought one book and few min later decided to buy one more paid for shipping again. Emailed them can they refund it, NO REPLY till now (over a month) and surprise surprise order was sent as ONE so they sent it as I paid for 1 shipping but paid twice without any refund nor even reply to me. Rude considering I'm not a new client but returning. Not anymore.
