  L'instrument est super. Cependant j'ai reçu un mail m'informant qu'il y avait déjà une sacoche comprise dans le prix de l'achat de l'instrument et que donc je ne devais pas en rajouter une dans ma commande.. ce qui n'est pas le cas, l'instrument est afrrivé sans sacoche...

  I’ve been playing with it all week since ive gotten it. It definitely takes sone time to get a great sound in an amplifier or speaker. Not really sure if a pickup on the inside actually gives it better sound through an amp over putting a microphone over a tongue drum like ive been doing honestly due to a tinniness in the sounds of the beatroot plugged into my Marshall. The different octaves are cool.

  Hi Laura, Thank you for your message. You can of course adjust the amplified sound of your tongue drum to get the best possible sound with your amplifier. First, you have to make sure that the two small cubic magnets are one on top of the other and well in the center of the piezo. You can also try to turn the cubic magnets upside down and check which position is the best with your amp. Then, you can adjust the position of the piezo by moving it from right to left and from top to bottom until you find the ideal position. The BEATROOT Team.

  I can take a picture of what I currently have inside my beatroot. It has the pickup inside and a circle with awired magnet on it. Theres no diagram to indicate where exactly this should be while its about the length of the wire attached. So where exactly should this piece be within my instrument?

  What a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect, from the fast delivery to the opening of the box containing the Beat Root.   I did a lot of research on tongue drums, and this is hands down the best value out there. Sounds fantastic, multi-scale with magnets, plus an output for amplification. It also bears mentioning that the magnet tuning is very accurate and foolproof. I considered another tunable drum, but it required a lot of fine tuning and an electronic tuner to verify the notes. BeatRoot makes the placement easy and flawless with their markers.

  This is the instrument of my dreams. I have other steel-tongued drums but I love the depth of sound and versatility of this. The magnet tuning is unique and the fact that I can amplify the drum is fantastic. I also like the fact that it is easily transportable. The drum bag is quite lovely and sturdy. I played during meditation for my students and they loved it. I also shared this with my drum circle and I gave everybody a chance to try it out. . "Magical" was they word they kept using and indeed it is! This is certainly well worth the investment.

  I love the sound. It would be great to have a detailed, instructive video of some length that would give new users a way to establish some competency. Maybe even a little songs to get more used to each scale. The smallest tongue on my multi scale tongue drum is not as clear a tone as the others, but otherwise I am happy with my purchase. The new scales tone drum seems like it would be much easier to learn on, but it seems that it just became available (?)
